I may catch hell for saying this, but I am going to anyway. I feel like sexual harassment is used by women to take advantage of situations just because they can. I really do think sexual harassment in the workplace is complete bullshit. I do understand that some women really do sexual harassment, but I think that these women let these cases go unreported. It seems to me that every time something like this makes the news, it is bullshit. A female can sue a company for a million dollars if she overhears two male coworkers telling a dirty joke to each other. I wish that this were not the case and that the women who actually face the abuse could stand up.

As for my opinion on this particular case, I think it is bullshit. Most of the things just do not add up. I really hope that this is a lie and that ABC and HIC do not settle, but sue this woman for all that she has. Everything. If she is lying, not only is she slandering a company's image, but she is ruining a married man's reputation. I wouldn't turn down the option of jailtime, either, but if it stays in civil court, that is not an option.

If I am wrong, I do apologize for saying those things. If this actually did happen, then she deserves to have this information out and to be compensated (though not nearly as much as she will be if she wins) for her troubles. Still, I think it is going to turn out to be bullshit, and I think that the parties will end up settling, allowing her to take home a nice reward.

I just do not understand how he can motorboat this girl without her being able to stop him and it not end in rape.
