This is the 3rd or 4th week I have been worried for him. I don't think it's fair that he always has to wait and wonder. It would be juicy if they would tell him he was safe early and make the "stars" of the show (Gilles, Melissa, Shawn and Little Kim) sweat. If it's in no particular order, let Ty be safe first! Sadly, he's probably going to be gone next week since all the grist has been cut now. I will vote until he's gone - then, back to ignoring the show again. The only reason I have an account at all is so I could vote for Cloris Leachman last year - never had so much fun voting for the worst...

I am a country fan, and not really getting the Julianne and Chuck love. It's like Ty is just doing what he does, while Julianne and Chuck are telling us country fans to support them because they are country. Ty is a cowboy and I give cowboys much love.

Just because he's nice doesn't mean he automatically deserves to make it any further than he does. His dancing in that group number was HORRIBLE he was the only one off and he was looking at people to make sure he wasn't screwing up. I'm sorry but he has to go.

Yes, he had one good dance, but the rest of the time he's been overscored, and the only people voting for him are Julianne fans. I hate it when people make it far because of "personality", but if he makes 5th, it's not like he's taking up someone's spot in the finals. He actually would not be the worst dancer to make it past 6th place, because we had Billy Ray, George from S2, Jerry Springer, Marissa from S6, And if it's between mediocre dancing with no personality, and less than mediocre dancing with an actual good personality (as opposed to one that people think is great but is just annoying, like Marissa), I choose the latter.

I find that I only vote for people I like, or for people others hate, because I enjoy the consequences. I am not qualified to judge who is good or bad in this (or any) dance competition. So, it's all about having fun for me. And, once the person I support is gone, I stop watching and stop voting. It took Flo on Amazing Race and Jenna on Survivor to get through my head that I don't have to watch these shows once the people I like are gone. I know much of the fun some watchers find is in hating on the contestants - that's not fun to me.

I like Ty because he's sweet and he's honestly trying and has improved in the competition. He's improved more than any other contestant. I like Little Kim for the same reason.

I much prefer to watch Ty than Chuck or someone like Jason Taylor who went far in S6. I also love Lil Kim and I didnt necessarily think that I would. I thought I may love her in a trainwreck type of way, but she has been anything but that. Gotta love her.

Chuck is a sucky dancer too. Between the two of them, I find Ty more endearing and he really has shown some improvement. Do I think he deserves to be in the finals? Absolutely not. Chuck and Julianne are boring me to t.ears, and I like Julianne.
