I agree with Phoenix's sentiment that a majority of this episode's JT-loving came from Brendan (or an extension of Brendan). In this sense, I don't think we can give him a "PP".

Case Against JT's PP
1) As already stated, a majority of JT's positive SPV came from Brendan (or Sierra in the one scene where she was prompted by Brendan). Sure, it's still uber-positive, but keep in mind it comes from this episode's boot. He is no longer actively in the game.
2) JT voted out Brendan. Granted, he actually "voted" for Sierra, but with the intention of throwing Brendan out the door. I feel like JT's distrust of Brendan alone is enough to skew him back down to P. Brendan was right in his assertion that JT deserves to get to the end; he was wrong in his assertion that JT needed his to get there. The scene in which JT and Stephen talk about how ridiculous Brendan's statement sort of counteracts some of the positive SPV Brendan gives JT. It's a really stark contrast to place Brendan's OTT "JT's needs to go to the finals because he was so happy" next to Stephen's "That makes no sense" and JT's "I don't know" response. [All quotes paraphrased...]
3) JT's comment about how hard to believe Coach's story was (something about taking a 30 x 30 winchester back to the natives I believe) was most likely jarring to many viewers. Granted, he's just talking about Coach, but why include that comment if the goal is to make JT as positive as possible?

In summary, almost the entire case for "PP" comes from Brendan's comments. JT, himself, didn't do anything this episode that was really close to PP at all. He was extremely happy about the reward, but that was just used to catalyze all of Brendan's future comments. Aside from that, he schemed and plotted, he distrusted Coach and Brendan, he made an alliance (with Erinn), he missed a hell of a lot of tiles in the RC (I thought he didn't hit any the entire time. After watching some insider commentary, I learned that JT actually was hitting quite a few until it was down the last 4 or 5 tiles), and generally had a pretty normal CP-who-goes-on-reward edit. Without Brendan, we wouldn't give JT a "P", let alone a "PP". I don't think SPV alone can throw someone into PP territory (but JT is a strong P for this episode).

If my stance is confusing (which I've just realized it is after attempting to get through my own post), then here is what I'm trying to say:
JT was positive this episode, but what specifically makes him so positive that warranted a PP? Was it just based on SPV?

ETA: I know it's probably apparently, but it should be said somewhere. Brendan and Sierra changed their vote because of Brendan's insane love for JT. This is the reality of the situation, not just the edited version (Brendan has given numerous interviews where he says as much). They needed to explain his vote as some point, so at least some positive SPV of JT was necessary (and why not use the ridiculous "take him to the end" comment! That's great TV, look at Sugar).
