Dear tv thief/thieves... (Salt Lake City)

To the person who broke into my car on the night of Saturday, April 11: My wife, kids and I were moving from Seattle to Chicago. As we spent the night in Salt Lake City, you broke into my Honda Civic and stole our LG tv, xbox 360, vacuum, and a box labeled "Art Supplies." Most of the stuff in that box is worthless to you so I propose a trade. I still have the remote and power cord for the tv. I'll give you both of these items so you can sell the tv or use it or whatever you plan to do. In return, I just want the two blankets and the sketch books you stole. They hold no value for you but those blankets belong to my daughter and the ten years' worth of sketch books you stole are characters I created for her. They hold a great deal of sentimental value. Insurance will replace the electronics but the other things can't be replaced. If you even have a shred of decency you'll do this. After all, it takes a real coward to steal from children in the middle of the night. Prove that you're not a coward and you can keep the electronics.
