And <3 Quentin Tarantino as a guest judge. When he was guest judge in Season 3, he wasn't all nicey-nicey to the contestants -- if their performances were crap, he called them on it, unlike most of the other guest judges, who seemed afraid to say one bad word about any of them.

Gwen Stefani was another guest mentor that I liked, and Jennifer Lopez was surprisingly good as well.
