And then they go to the boardroom and Trump fires Tionne for NO REASON and then keeps Clint? Clint, who single-handedly did the worst commercial ever, and then fires Khloe for something that doesn't even relate to the show? If it's possible, this show has lost even more credibility than ever, but there wasn't much to begin with. Not really looking forward to next week, maybe he'll fire Brande because she once looked a person in a funny way, or Jesse because the shade of blue in one of his tattoos turns Trump off. Ridiculous...

But Khloe's firing was complete and utter bullshit. What she did has nothing to do with the show, and it seems like shes done everything she can to atone for what happened. The number of people who get DUIs is really high, both in Hollywood and "the real world"...does that mean these people are supposed to be pariahs and they're just totally fucked? And then to totally kick her while shes down and drag her name through the mud...it was just absurd. I'm all for embaressing people on TV when they deserve it, but Khloe did nothing wrong and then he slandered her ass. Not to mention Khloe also won as a PM once. Besides that, Clint was horrible and one of the worst PMs ever. Keeping him was totally ridiculous.

It isn't always about the best performers.....other issues come into play. Irresponsible drinking and "risk management" are issues too. Chloe and Tionne messed up those issues. Clint and Melissa have a record of working hard.....that was good enough to save them.

It isn't always about the best performers.....other issues come into play. Irresponsible drinking and "risk management" are issues too. Chloe and Tionne messed up those issues. Have you? Every single job I've ever had has had a background check or somewhere on your application where you list any arrests/felonies/DUIs/etc. I have NEVER heard of anyone been fired over a DUI they got before they were hired that they also did were TOTALLY OPEN AND PUBLIC ABOUT. (She had a confessional about it in her first episode for goodness sakes!) All that stuff is weeded out before someone actually has the job. If someone is fired for a DUI, they are fired because they got it after they were hired or because they concealed it during the hiring process. If having a DUI was one of Trump's "core values" in that he would not hire under any circumstances, then his casting people certainly did not know about it--which again is a failure of himself and the show.

X If Khloe had missed the hotel task because she had gotten a DUI THAT DAY, then Trump's actions would make sense... I dont' give a shit that Khloe is fired, she wasn't going to win anyway - Trump took advantage of a situtation that was clearly none of his business. And all because he wants to keep Joan and Clint on the show for entertainment purposes.......
