Idols just need to be done away with at this point. The amount of airtime they eat up is RIDICULOUS. They are literally the driving force and main plot of the
show now.

To be fair, they weren't able to see Bob's realistic-looking idol because Tocantins was still filming at the time.. but other than that, I agree.

I've never liked the idols. Not only is it stupid, it makes the show really complicated and inaccessible to potential new viewers. I cannot imagine someone
watching tonights episode for the first time and not being like "wtf are the rules on this goddamn show?"

Hopefully rather then eliminate the Idols they will increase them, a good way for them to play around with the story structure would be to have 10 or 11 people have idols, maybe have a twist where if 2 Idol's are used at the same time thus invalidating all the votes that would be a skip week and no one goes home. Which would be better then a recap or double boot. |

well, to be fair to the hidden idols, it does shake up the game by putting an unknown factor in the game and lets other players win immunity besides winning
physical immunity challenges. I think twists are always good for survivor, but it's time they came up with a new twist.

We saw all that we needed from the idol in Micronesia. The idol needs to be retired for good. And if the rest of Tocantins is going to revolve around the
idol (which seems likely since there are something like 8 idols floating around), then a promising season may go down the tubes.
