Has anyone else been to their website? Looks like someone just slapped threw oscommerce together for the site--it's hard to navigate, the prices seem on the high side and there's no sign of Miz Z or EEE anywhere. I'm not feeling that this site is going to last that long, especially if they used all of their advertising budget on the Apprentice. (We all know that show has a history of success when it comes to products...) I give it 5 months.

They made the customer the Super hero instead of the Customer Service Rep. I think that was the message the owner was getting at that Zappos.com top priority is the customer and the CS Reps will get the job done. This is where Piers really stepped up last season, he really understood the message the clients were going for. What I found interesting was they didn't show the teams actually 'calling' Zappos to see what kind of service is delivered. Having said that the guys did a better job overall but clearing missed the mark w/the name of the character. Had Scott listened to Tom (I know he was annoying) they would have won.

My son shops around for a pair of shoes he loves, finds the product number and then we go to zappos to purchase.......BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER--PLUS FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS

Egads, you would have to go to thousands of websites to compare shoes! On Zappos you can specify shoe type (heel height, sandals, mules, wedges, etc), color, and other stuff and pull up hundreds of shoes to compare. They literally have thousands of different black heels. I need some new ones for the summer ::off to buy at Zappos::

Clearly the Zappos guy did not want to give them any information either - the men did check out the website - clearly these folks are a subpar cast compared to last season. Even Stephen Baldwin would've done a better job than either team did last night.
