exactly, Thrill. i still hang in there for DOOL for scenes like that. i still get goosies when anything goes down old-school DiMera and/or Kiriakis. and
I'm still hanging onto the hope of EJ and Sami together kicking ass around Salem.

Come on, people! Daniel is creepy, Lucas is clueless, Chloe is ho-ey, Kate is vengeful (loves it!), EJ is hot whilst jacking up Titan computers, and Phillip is rowwwrr! What's not to talk about? I'm kind of interested in how Nicole thinks she's going to have both babies. I constantly laugh when people tell Sami what a great mother she is. Is Max keeping a checklist of the nieces in the family he's got left to nail? Stephanie? Check. Chelsea? Check. Coming up: Sami, Carrie, Ciara and any girls Kimberly may have had. |

^^^tigeranne, it's easy to quit. I did. I follow via the TV Guide writeups. Y&R and even AMC are soooooo much more tolerable than Days. I'm still pissed at the lousy send off they gave DH and DH, plus From what I've read, no send off for Patch and Kayla, just a "that was your last day of filming." As they say, vote with your remote. Mine does not go to NBC for Days anymore.I'm still half way hoping it gets cancelled and puts me out of my misery.... All this incest talk just makes me sad...
I think that Days is doing itself a disservice by not keeping to the "family" storyline with the Bradys. The key to Soaps is making us love the characters and their family bonds. What upsets me with Days is they are taking a truly nice moment is Days history, the adoption of Frankie and Max and making it irrevelant. This is maybe why Days is consistently at the bottom of the ratings. Just my thoughts. |

This show is such a hot mess. I'm enjoying the Nicole/EJ/Sami stuff (Thank god they had Sami leave the WPP.), The Chloe stuff is much better then a few
months ago. So glad Evil Kate is back. And I'm loving the Kiriakis vs DiMera stuff. The show still has it's bad stuff though Bo/Hope storyline is
AWFUL.
Here are DAYS Pre Emmy Nominations.... Lead Actress: Renee Jones (Lexie Carver) & Lauren Koslow (Kate Roberts) I don't get these at all. Renee & Lauren were not Lead this year. Both should be in the supporting category. Renee had some strong moments. I wasn't at all impressed with Lauren last year. The cancer storyline was a real joke. Lead Actor: Peter Reckell (Bo Brady) & Thaao Penghlis (Tony DiMera) Thaao should be in Supporting. Supporting Actress: Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker) & Tamara Braun (ex-Ava Vitaly) Arianne should be in Lead. I'm very happy to see Tamara nominated. Supporting Actor: Jay Johnson (Philip Kiriakis) & Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson) Good choices! Younger Actress: Molly Burnett (Melanie Layton) & Rachel Melvin (Chelsea Brady) Meh. Younger Actor: Darrin Brooks (Max Brady) & Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon). I think Blake has the best chance for an emmy. He was awesome this year. |

I agree completely with that list, anders, except I would still have Jay Johnson as supporting actor. He is very strong in his scenes, not to mention his
involvement in several storylines this last year.
