Stephen has very good complexity for Jalapao not going to tribal. He talked about eating fish, fishing and analysis about how Jalapao (correctly) will benefit
from a good night's sleep. Joe has replaced Spencer as narrator this episode.

Before ANYONE gives Erinn an OTTN rating, think of who blasted her throughout the episode and the kind of idiot he is making himself out to be.
But she was N. She doesn't win. She's no longer on my short list. My short list pretty much consists only of members of the Exile-Alliance. Tyson's "I love to watch people's dreams get crushed" pretty much nixed his chances of winning. He, Coach, and Deb are going to all get BS'ed. And Sierra got her UTR2/3 rating that she could definitely afford (she could have gotten one confessional about fire, but got two decent confessionals instead-I was surprised she got her second during the pre-TC sequence). However, her second involved not voting out the person who she wanted to keep-Jerry. Is that reminiscient of Tina voting out Maralyn? Winner Picks: Sierra, Stephen, Taj, Brenden currently in no particular order. I'd probably still put Sierra on top though. Coach: OTTN5 Taj: CPP3 Brenden: CPP4 Sierra: UTR2 Tyson: MORN3 Jerry: MORP4 Erinn: MORN5 I don't really have any other ratings right now. I have work to do-hopefully tomorrow afternoon. |

Initial Ratings
Black Brendan: MORP4- He is going the distance. It looks like he will be connected with the idol story for awhile. He was also called out as being a better leader than Coach, thus positive. Coach: OTTNN5 - He is hypocritical, narcissistic, and all around a creepy asshole. He garnered a ton of negative SPV, and the editing is painting a joke's on you type theme. His boot is going to be the climax of the season. Debbie: UTR2 - Not a whole lot. Erinn: CP4 - I'm honestly not sure what to make of her. Are we supposed to be on her side? I have to watch her closer on the second viewing. Jerry: OTT4 - Not P or N. Kinda glad to see him go. Sierra: UTR2 - Another I have to watch for the second time around. This cool off is good fo her. Tyson: CPN4 - I think Tyson is really the one playing the game behind the scenes that no one suspects. We know his opinion of Coach, and he looks like he will manipulate him without him even knowing it. The N is obviously for his "crushing dreams" statement. Red JT: MORP2 - He continues his positive provide and leadership roles. Joe: MOR2 - More fluff for Joe than usual. Sandy: UTR1 - She needs to pick up again for her to stay in this game. Spencer: UTR1 - Barely there. Stephen: UTR2 - We are reminded of his presence. Sydney: INV1 - On hold till next episode. Taj: CP4 - She is being set up as the big strategical mastermind of the season. Was that evil laugh with the crackling thunder put in there as something fun, or she going to be somewhat villainous? |

Missed the first scene before the intro but I'll get these in anyway.
Coach: OTTN5 Unlike last week, the egomanical side of him was obvious as the editor's intent. He's being set up as the guy who we will love to see blindsided down the road. Brendan: MOR While he did find the idol, it seemed to be strictly narration, and we didn't get into his head about what he thought about Taj's 4 person alliance, nor what his standing within his own tribe is. Debra: UTR2 Couple sentences here and a couple thre, nothing really. Erinn: MOR(N)4 Lacking complexity, characterized as an evil bitch. However, the negative tone is debatable as most of her negative SPV was coming from OTTN Coach. Jerry: MOR(P) Possible P for sympathy, probably neutral. Sierra: No idea, would need a rewatch to focus in on her confessionals. Initial reaction is somewhere around a CP3 though. Tyson: OTTN Loving blindsides, wanting to crush other people's dream's, demanding the other tribe call you "Coach" = OTTN Joe: UTR All he got was narration and fluff about making the tribe strong. Sandy: UTR1 No explanation needed. Spencer: UTR Could be wrong, as I don't really remember him. Stephen: MOR2 This was a holding episode for him definitely, and the critical aspect for his chances to win will be completely in how his reaction to Taj's proposal next week is portrayed. Sydney: UTR1 (INV?) Is she even on the show? 
Taj: CPP Strategic and loveable underdog. |
