If you are mentally stunted and have no ability to make intelligent decisions based on accurate information then yes, loving/hating based on a picture and two
sentence bio IS what reality tv is all about.

I see nothing wrong with judging people based on first opinions, never have never will. I think it's more idiotic how many people get offended by it.
The bigger problem is people starting threads just to say they started it. I just think it's easier to have them, cause I actually like to discuss the new contestants when they come out. It's like Christmas morning. But most people here are joyless, so it's no surprise. |

If the biggest problem is the love/hate thing, each contestant should just get one thread each with no bias one way or the other. People are still gonna love
them or hate them though, it really doesn't make any difference.
The bigger problem are the losers who want to act cool and like they don't care. Everybody here cares or we wouldn't be here! |

too), and Spencer (cos he's from Lakeland, FL, which is right east of my hometown).

You guys do realize that the first episode of the show just consists of a few more carefully-picked sentences and pictures of each member of the cast, right?
And that there are a couple people we probably learned more about from this 2-sentence bio and accompanying cast shot than we'll find out about them in the
actual premier?
All we ever get to do is judge these characters based on very limited information handed to us by various media sources. It seems quite reasonable to me that such judgments would begin being handed out as soon as that first bit of information is released. Otherwise, we'll be sitting here reserving our comments for the point in time when we actually meet these folks in real life, and that would be rather dull. ETA: For the record, I hate Love/Hate threads.
