I Googled "Greatest Movie Cast Ever" and found this one, I would have never thought of it myself:

A Bridge Too Far: James Caan, Michael Caine, Sean Connery, Elliot Gould, Gene Hackman, Anthony Hopkins, Ryan O'Neal, Laurence Olivier, Robert Redford, Maximilian Schell, Denhom Elliott

Off the top of my head I would have chosen either of the first two Godfathers, or Casablanca.

I'd probably go with Clue or Caddyshack, but I'd pause to consider The Big Chill (which seems really really crappy now but was a good one in its time).
