I'd say, given those who were still in-game during the Final Tribal Council... I'd agree with most of the winners. (Those I think should have won are listed first for each season) Please, keep in mind that these are my opinions - not facts.

Borneo
Rich - Cocky S.O.B. who knew how to play the game before the show was even in existence. Clearly he was meant for the game.
Kelly - Played differently and won challenges to further herself when she needed to (obviously, or she would've been voted out at Final 6). She cared more about the social aspect, which is what ultimately hurt her.

Australian Outback
Tina - Social, knew everyone personally, 100% mental player.
Colby - Physical threat that was able to keep everyone else from winning so they could be voted out "on time." Didn't seem as mental as Tina, he played more physically.

Africa
Ethan - Physical and social. Back when the "nice people" were still able to get far and win.
Kim J - Social. Surprised that such a weak physical player made it so far back when the game was "weak pre-merge boots/threatening post-merge boots." Only got far because of an alliance and how well-liked she was.

Marquesas
Vecepia - Although part of an alliance with Neleh, Kathy, Pappy and Sean, Vecepia defied odds by being one of only two original Maraamu members in the Final 9. She had strategy and a much better end game than "Oh My Heck, I'm so innocent" Neleh.
Neleh - The sweet girl next door who did nothing wrong, didn't think she did anything wrong, and apologized for everything instead of owning up to making strategical moves.

Thailand (I don't remember much...)
Brian - Clearly the better player. The end.
Clay - Ew. The end. I can't assess him. I've disliked him from Day 1 on Thailand and still do.

Amazon (Didn't watch much of this season, but I remember certain things...)
Jenna - Defied odds, especially when she apparently wasn't liked very much, but managed a win.
Mat - He's just creepy.

Pearl Islands
Sandra - Her voting strategy of "I'll vote whoever I need to, as long as it isn't me" was amazing. She never pissed people off enough and was never much of a threat.
Lillian - Sadly, she was disliked for being an outcast with Burton. She made strategical moves and tried to take the game back to the "good, honest people should win" mindset. Clearly failed.

All-Stars
Rob - Again, although I carry a bias, Rob was clearly the better player. Mentally, physically, and socially. He was an all-around better strategist. He did whatever it took and everything worked out exactly as he'd planned. One of the best games, I think, played by a Runner-Up.
Amber - Although I carry a bias for being related to her sister, Amber's game wasn't very much. She actually won challenges, compared to Australia. She was more social, compared to Australia. She was more devious and more strategical, though Rob outplayed her big-time.

Vanuatu
Twila - Hardly anyone liked her outside of Scout. She was so vocal about her opinions and feelings towards everyone else that making it to the Final 2 on that alone, is amazing.
Chris - That bastard should've been voted out first! He's the reason Lopevi lost that first challenge. He couldn't balance on a god damned balance beam!! Although he somehow skirted through, his ability to make it through the entire Yasur alliance was outstanding.

Palau
Tom - Although a boring, dominating piece of crap, Tom played much better than Katie. He really did nothing special to merit an "outstanding player" award or anything.
Katie - She bumbled her way through every single Tribal Council. I also think she made it to the Final 4/Final 3 because she was so close with Ian, who was close with Tom.

Guatemala
Stephenie - Although a practical "leader" of her alliance, she still played a pretty tough game. She played just as well as she did in Palau, just had better luck with winning challenges. Especially as a "returning player" with Bobby Jon (who I despise for some reason), that target on her back was huge and everyone contemplated taking her out during every round of the game.
Danni - Danni was basically just "there" until the merge. Then she started talking with Steph and Rafe, among others. Although she squeaked through that entire 6 person alliance of Steph/Rafe/Lydia/Cindy/Judd/Jamie, there was really nothing special about her game. She was basically an extra, though unnecessary vote to help take out mistrusted players.

Exile Island
Aras - Better all around player. Plus his mom is adorable!! Hahaha
Danielle - Who is she?

Cook Islands
Yul - The most mental of the three. He played a social game while keeping to his alliance. Had the idol from like... Day 4. Was always in a position of power.
Ozzy - Had so many odds to defy and was almost never in a power position, it was extremely difficult (and almost fitting) for him to go no further than Runner-Up. Outstanding physical threat, though. Cook Islands' challenges were made for him to dominate. However, he was always playing the game for himself, by himself.
Becky - Although she's cute, she was basically non-existent. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, calling her a completely mental player and assisting Yul in making the best possible strategical decisions. Upon watching the season again, I've seen she's basically just a pocket vote for Yul.

Fiji (Snoozefest '07!) ((Somehow, the most boring season. More boring and forgettable than Africa and Thailand combined.))
Earl - The only one with any sort of game.
Dreamz - At least he won challenges.
Cassandra - Who are you? You were a Cirie look-a-like that failed miserably.

China
Todd - Mastermind. The end. Quite easily my most favorite strategist/player/person ever.
Courtney - She stood up for herself, voiced her opinion, and was such a hilarious non-threat that it was almost a cake-walk for her to make the Finals.
Amanda - Apologized too much. Always had a "sad puppy dog" face that attempted to get "pity" votes. Apparently she was a bitch, too, but that never aired? Question mark?

Micronesia
Parvati - She played the game a hell of a lot differently than in Cook Islands. She had more power this game. She was more social, more devious, more conniving. All-around better player. She didn't care if she pissed people off, where apparently Amanda did.
Amanda - SHE LEARNED NOTHING FROM FTC IN CHINA! SHE STILL GAVE THE EXACT SAME ANSWERS!!!

Gabon
Sugar - 100% underestimated. She was such an unknowing (to others, but known to her) mastermind behind almost everyone's ejection. She had control of the entire game for the entire game. She was always a key vote in the early Tribal Councils and became a voting powerhouse in the later Councils. It actually upsets me that she was disliked enough to receive 0 votes.
Bob - Ridiculously smart. Although his strategical game may not have been "at par" for winners, his thought processes for attempting to outwit players was phenomenal. Seriously. Although moderately unsuccessful, he pulled off two fake hidden idols, which scared so many players (including ones that knew Sugar had the only possible real one - given the other was thrown into the ocean). His stories on how he got them were so farfetched, but people believed him! If Kenny hadn't tried to outwit himself by "flushing out the idol," the entire outcome would have been different. His ability to create those idols was amazing. He used every trick he could think of to further himself one more day - including doing his best at the immunity challenges.
Suzie - Aside from being a sweet mother who constantly switched her alliances, there was nothing to her. She got lucky and won the Final 9 and Final 4 immunity challenges. Big deal. She only received votes out of Sugar/Bob hatred. No one actually believed Suzie would win.
