So since Christmas is over I have switched back to normal music. I keep trying to listen to David Cooks CD straight through but I can't keep from playing
BarBaSol over and over. I couldn't understand all the words so I just looked them up. The lyrics make no sense to me. Oh well, #6 on repeat AAF!

I think probably out of all the songs Come Back to Me and I Did It For You are the two that have not rotated through my favorites. I really really just
can't get on board with them right now.

I liked Come Back to Me when I first heard the 15 second snippet because I loved the "When you find you" lyric. But the song in its entirety...it's okay, but it sounds kind of, I don't know, packaged. I'm liking Avalanche a little better but it's still not one of my favs. I love every other song. A Daily AntheM, Lie, Heroes, Life on the Moon, Permanent, Declaration, Bar ba sol...love 'em all. |

Come Back to Me is just too damn 'pretty'.
it sounds like something a girl would sing,,,,not a rocker like Cook. I don't think it fits him, or his voice at all. |

OMG, I flove Come Back to Me. It's one of my favorites right now. I hit replay at least twice when I get to it when I'm listening in the car. The
lyrics grab me - "I can't save you, I can't fix you, That's something you gotta do." Flove, flove, flove it!
BTW, in the past 2 days, I've gotten in the car 3 different times and heard Light On each time. We were in Mr. Tigerjag's car and my Cook CD is in my car, so we had to listen to the radio. |

The first time I heard Bar-ba-sol I thought of hot, heavy, sweaty, rolling around, tangled up in the sheets, sliding onto the floor sex. So I play it a lot.
