ANYTHING but dylancunt and emmacunt. Now can we just forget about Fiji altogether? The whole thing was a disaster and a half (sans the Edgardo boot), and we
don't need to relive it.

Thanks for standing up for me, fms, but I really don't care what some random person says on the internet unless it is relevant to something (and a he,
btw). Anyways, back to examining integrity, since Fiji is nearly universally agreed upon as the worst season ever. Do these people not understand that,
entering the game, they WILL be lied to, they WILL be played unless they are better, or are they really that naive about how the world works? People lie in
survivor, just as they do in real life, so long as it helps them reach their objective (in this case, winning). The whole integrity bullshit was an
intellectual scam used by Tina to win (let's keep the "deserving" Liz and Roger and get rid of the "undeserving" Jerri and Amber) to
help her win (she was the most "honorable" and "deserving" person), but people actually took it seriously. They didn't get that the
sweet mom was one of the shrewdest players to ever play the game, and she manipulated the psychology of the entire game. That, and people are forcibly fed this
"integrity" shit constantly in their lives, and they don't know how to drop it sometimes.

Every player has a perfect right to try to influence the other players. If that means for some of them trying to play some BS integrity thingie, what the hell.

Integrity never pans out in Survivor...has anyone ever really won and played the entire thing honestly and without doing anything sneaky?? Survivor isn't
Survivor without deals and alliances and lies...that's the whole damn point...anyone watching or playing should learn to separate that from real life and
how these people really live their lives...in their real lives they're not playing against a group of strangers for a million bucks...plain and simple...I
understand hurt feelings but you take a deep breath, remind yourself where you are and carry on...I'm sick of it playing in to jury votes...

I think claiming to have integrity is a great strategic move, right up there with swearing on the lives/graves of loved ones.

Integrity gets you nowhere in the game. For the most part you have to lie and piss off people to make it far.

My problem is that if you're one of those holier-than-thou integrity type, then why would you go on a gameshow of lies and deceit to begin with. Just stay
the fuck home.
