completely missed me. It started with the pilot, which I never felt got off the ground. And while I found the story a little interesting, the only chemistry
I felt was between Sam and Sookie. I honestly can't stand Bill, nor do I find him attractive, nor do I care about his character. *Shrug*
Not only that, but I get so cringe-y during some of the episodes with this dialogue. "I'm gonna rip your head off and fuck it"...I think that's what Renee (who I adored) uttered to Sookie en route/chase. I mean...really? I know he's a psycho, but I just started giggling. Unfortunately, I just don't get the fan devotion this show already has. To me, it's like the show is one of those that this certain sect of people who like quality TV automatically like...but then (for me) it really doesn't belong in that group. The show is an utterance of cliche-driven drivel with no point. And, coming from the man who created the most poignant pieces of television (IMO) ever...I'm surprised.
