Can anyone identify where the Dallas interview is? For all we know, it could be in the final leg, but the third team misses out a crucial flight and it is clear to Toni/Dallas and Nick/Starr that they are now fighting for the million bucks.

Unless, of course, they managed to get permission to leave Russia within 1-2 days of their "elimination". Somehow though, I doubt it.

Just because they are spotted in the final city doesn't mean they are in the final leg. I'm sure production has an alternative to get teams out of these countries if they happen to lose their passports. Dandrew has been bumbling all season and it would fit them to lose their passports. Although it would be nice if Ken/Tina lost theirs, so sick of their fakeness.

I'm not sure if that would acceptable if it is a copy because I don't know the deal with passports, I've never used them. I know my mother lost her license before we flew once inside just USA and we had made color copies of our licenses in case that happened and that was accepted to let her on the plane, after we screamed at security enough. They could do a similar thing with passports, but again I'm not sure.

Actually, I think production won't even bother looking for it. I'm sure there's a way to like verify their identities via some US embassy or something to that extent, so that they can be allowed to go back to the US. How long this would take is beyond my knowledge though. Anyway, if they say it prevents the team from joining the rest at the Finish Line, I think whatever way they chose to get back the team to the US was not quick enough, and took more than 2-3 days.

Dandrew lose their stuff but still check in before Kentina (or Toni/Dallas but I do not want that to happen ) and enter the F3 but lose their passport/money and can not make the same flight as the others until they find their passports but are able to do so in time to at least get there (but long after the officials decide to stop filming the final leg)

After going straight to the American Embassy, he had to pay a fee ($100) to get a new picture taken (which is currently 'laminated' to his new passport). He lost it on a Saturday night/Sunday morning and had to leave at noon on a Monday to come back to the U.S. So, it could be possible that they still make it to Portland hours later.
