When I get angry because, once again Thanksgiving, the greatest day in the entire year, I don't get this. Why do people think Thanksgiving is better than Christmas? You get good food at both times but at Christmas, you get presents, cookies and treats, parties, and decorations. Plus, you get a week off of work between Xmas and New Years. |

Yeah, we've had some houses with their lights up since Halloween weekend, but only 1 has actually had them on since then.
And in other news, my town still hasn't gotten their big snow plow fixed, because the fucking thing woke me up at 4:30 this morning. I hate that thing. I hate it so much. |

I wish Lake Erie would just dry up or something But then how else would people contract extraneous arms and contract weird forms of leprosy? I know Christmas is right around the corner when they start playing that stupid little song about the selfish beggar boy, buying his dying mother a pair of slippers when instead he could have been with her during her last hours on earth. Horrible song. |

^^I HATE that damn song! And he has the nerve to try to buy the damn shoes with a couple of paper clips and pocket lint! He wrangles the guy behind him in line

It's two parts for me, but without the other, it's nothing. I love standing outside for just a moment when I get home noticing how dark it is, and then
there is a wonderful cold crispness in the air. Yes, I know it's dark and cold in the other winter months, but something about the first few weeks of that
'smell' in the air makes me feel all jolly lol.
