oh I look forward to seeing you in ATTAR 5 I hope you do well at least come second to me or max or DDU or nimber.........and a lot more :D but anyway just do well oh and join mine I promise you that it will be challenging and fun.If I have to be behind that many people then how will I ever come in second. The highest I would ever place is like sixth place.

MDC! I'll be really happy to see you join the race, but my point I'm trying to address you is, racing doesn't mean you have to create a team based
on existing characters! Sure, it sounds really interesting and fun to race as Marcus & Charlie or maybe Brad & Angelina. But nothing is better than
creating your own characters, determining their relationship and dynamics, watching them grow, and molding them into your liking!

Extended periods are generally not 24 hours >_>.
That said, load of work today means no update. SHOCK SHOCK HORROR HORRROR, SHOCK SHOCK HORRORRRRR... And I think there was a gap after Midway...which was a bizarre-ass leg in itself... |

Also, I almost ran for JP/Steve's in Midway - how that would've affected the race, I dunno, since I would've probably had work at least by the time the Lost leg rolled around. Shock and surprise, I know. |

We're beginning to move in to the teams I really liked, so it gets tough from here on out.
48: Heather & Lazarus - Nimberlane Season: Avant Tai, Season Four Placing: 4th/9th - They round out the trio of "meh" Nimber teams from seasons past. Heather & Lazarus, apart from doing well in true Nimber fashion, were kind of...just there. Which, in a way, appears a lot of of the time in the ATTAR4 team descriptions. Again, the best teams went out far too early, IMO, and we were left with a lot of kinda boring M/F teams. So unfortunately, Heather & Laz end up down here, because really, Russ and Princess V. > Heather & Lazarus. 47: Ax & Tobias - oh ehm gee Season: Wan & Chung's Season One Placing: 8th/12th - It seems odd that Ax & Tobias are this low down, but my justification is that they didn't really "get going" for me until they were pretty much out of the race - only the last couple of legs did they really start to click as a team, mainly thanks to their interaction with others. Maybe they got screwed by the Intersected Speed Bump, but I maintain that it was a genius twist that kind of rocked, so...yeh. I think the fact that I never read/saw the Animorphs thing they were based off didn't help. But I did like Ax & Tobias, but they didn't get all that far on the race to make a huge impact. 46: Barrett & Lyndon - Katsuya Season: Crowlass' Race Placing: 4th/10th - Fuckers were screwed. Seriously, the one time that I'm like, guaranteed a spot in the Final Three, the leg gets scheduled at the worst time possible on the worst day possibe. Hence I didn't turn up to the F4/F3 and got eliminated. In a way, Barrett & Lyndon were asking for it though. I scraped through the second and third legs, even turning up like...20 hours late for leg three and surviving thanks to smiley's incompetance, before they started to kick ass by taking the FF then getting first again the next leg. Oh, and then there was that rather...bizzare freakout of mine where, with three minutes to go before I could check in, I switched Detours and had to race max to avoid the NEL. As a team, B&L weren't my best; as characters they were nowhere near Julie & Addy or Wan & Chung, but they had their moments (Barrett's Winter Olympic's obsession rocked. And is dangerously close to my own >_>) All good things come to an end, in a very special next update...
