I just came back from watching Quantum of Solace and I was wondering what y'all think were the best/worst James Bond title sequences...
I didn't really care for QoS but I really loved Casino Royale's... liked the whole effects with the playing cards n all

Casino Royale's was pretty good. I haven't seen QoS yet but I don't see it beating CR's.

I really DIDN"T like the one where Bond blows up a weapons factory then chases after a runaway plane, drives off a cliff and skydives his way into the
plane.

Live and Let Die has the best song and some really nice voodoo effects. Our Majesty's Secret Service was the only one to open with clips from earlier 007's. As for opening scenes, You only live twice is my favorite which features the best racist line "you Asian women always taste different" and then Bond's death. Diamonds are Forever was a weak bond but the opening with the gay couple killing off all the people who touched the diamonds was cool. |

The Spy Who Loved Me had the best intro just for the stunt at the end and iconic parachute, and the best title sequence because it has real women edited
cleverly together with a epic song. CGI has ruined Bond title sequences.

Goldfinger was pretty good, with Connery squeezing the explosive goop out of his belt.

Casino Royale's intro was okay, but it would have been better with the dancing girls.
Intro-wise I think GOldeneye was cool, what with all those girls breaking down Soviet symbols and all. |
