The only good one was the pole wrestling one which I think Wes ended up beating Derrick in. That was the best Duel the whole season IIRCYea the elimination challenges were terrible. Pole wrestling was good and the puzzle one was alright. There were too many challenges that were just strength (as opposed to mental strength and athleticism.) The "how much can you lift" challenge was terrible.

Kina VS Svetlana and Wes VS Derrick-Two of the best elimination challenges I've ever seen (but I've only seen up from BotS2)
Aneesa VS Paula in the Inferno was a good one too, but that was when I liked Paula |

I wish they would change the elimination rounds back to the way they were in The Inferno, where it wasn't all about physical strength but about how much
you actually wanted it. I also liked the fact that they were all different and you had no idea what what you were going to be doing until you actual got
there.

Gauntlet 1 > BOTSeasons > BOTSexes 1 > pancreatic cancer > every other challenge.
What was the challenge where asian Jaime from San Diego was the only girl left on the team and they ended up winning? Inferno 1? That one was decent. Seriously though, nothing touches Gauntlet 1. |

Brad taking about Eric was a good match too, Brad isn't too big of a guy relative to the rest, but he was really good all around. He used strategy and took
out Eric in one of the more physical challenges.
CT should have beat him in push you, that thing the flag was like held on by a thread. I think two out of the three matches ended up the person who got the flag ripped it and got DQ'd. |

Coral stared down Tina in the first Gauntlet. It was dead man's' drop. Probably edited, but they showed her (while both were hanging upside down)
turn her head, stare at Tina, then Tina began to shake before dropping.

Duel 2 has Aneesa AND Coral.
And I don't know why everyone is putting Shavonda in challenges she wasn't in. She was only in I2 where she was eliminated like third |
