Even girls will say that they do that. I know that's a big generalization, but I think guys are more willing to work together...that's not to say they're superior by any means. But look at any attempted girl alliance....every one has basically failed -- except for those that involved lesbians!!! LOL It's true...Vanuatu (Amy/Scout) and Micronesia (Natalie / Alexis is not gay but she's very girl power, and Parv as well). I say: cast more lesbians!!! =D There's your social experiment.

Let's analyze: Exile Island: Tina, Melinda, Misty, Ruth Marie then Bobby Fiji: Jessica, Erica, Sylvia, Lilliana, Rita then Anthony Gabon: Michelle, Gillian, Paloma, Jacquie then GC ...Notice any patterns? They were all loners...

I am referring to coed friendships and relationships beyond just gameplay and challenges, like we saw with Ian/Katie, Chris/Julie, Sarge/Twila, Rob C./Deena, Paschal/Neleh, Sean/Vee, etc. They added lots of depth to the show and to the characters themselves. Nowadays, the M/F interactions seem to be restricted solely to: Scenario A: Mactor Dude 1: "Tribe needs strength and unity, let's vote out the older woman who's pretty strong and actually doing work." Mactor Dude 2: "I agree. Strength good." UTRN coattail bitch: "Like, yahhhhhhhhh...." Scenario B: Mactor: "Wanna make out with my adam's apple? By the way, I found the idol." Mactress: "ZOMG so much. You're so hot."
