Richard completely doesn't deserve to be top five unless this list is based entirely on nostalgia. He formed an alliance in the first season before
anyone else knew how to play. By today's standards, Richard would be horrible. The way the list SHOULD go:

This list is somewhat whack. Panama Cirie was good but Micronesia Cirie was outstanding. She returned with a vengeance. Micronesia Cirie should have been
number one. Micro Cirie would have won it all if they had not reverted back to a Final 2.
I can see Richard being in the top 5 because he was the pioneer. Earl, I can see deserving a Top 5 spot because he is the only unanimous winner (with a jury of 9, no less). Rob C. was a pioneer of sorts also with his rally the bottom feeders strategy which resulted in Amazon being the first season to have an unpredictable end game. Vecepia was a good player but not top 5. She should not be higher than Tina or Yul. Heidik, I can see not making it. He only won by one vote over Clay. The Thailand voting was the opposite of what usually happens. The 2 people that Brian betrayed voted for him while most of the people that he didn't betray voted for Clay. |

Let's not forget that an accusation of racism against Clay caused Ted to vote for Brian. Also, didn't Helen say she'd have voted the other way
having watched the show?
Clay would've been the shittiest winner ever though. |

Micronesia Cirie and Parvati were robbed!
Cirie made more good moves the second time, while in S12 she couldn't have beaten Aras or Terry. (Shane confirmed last week that he was a solid Aras vote, and he would have targted Cirie early in Micro if he was cast.) What's so great about Vee, S12 Cirie, and Earl? Their games have little in common. There are more impressive comeback winners than UTR religious Vee, more strategic tribe leader winners than Earl. This is another case of Cassandra syndrome in this poll. |

Calls of racism lose all meaning when they are used in a hypocritical self-serving way.
If the top black players were slighted in a poll like this, you'd be complaining and posting Omarosa. And if someone was caught submitting several ballots giving all blacks "not worthy of top 40," you'd see that as racist. And supect whether the results were racially tainted after that.

Well, statistically speaking, the top 5 should be all white people, so craig makes a great case. I mean, one poll cheater was already discovered - there might be more we haven't found yet.Very doubtful, and I don't care whether or not you're being tongue-in-cheek. I looked back through every ballot and didn't notice another series of outrageous "Not In The Top 40" votes or even patterns. |
