I'm guessing that the MVPs of both tribes (Matty and Marcus) are deemed the "captains" of their original tribes, and they make the first switch selections. Dan is probably Marcus's first pick then (and not Crystal as I had originally thought).

And perhaps the LVPs (Susie and Kelly) are automatically switched to give them "new life" with a new tribe.

Considering who they are, I can definitely see the switched Kotas turning on each other, scrambling for the original Fangs' favor before TC.

Makes sense that Ace wins out in the end (again), considering that the tribe needs his strength.

There is also a chance that Ace/Jacquie/Kelly, outnumbered by the original Fangs, form a truce purely out of survival instinct and target GC (which may explain why GC sounds so concerned in the previews) - not an unrealistic goal at all, since they only need to turn one original Fang. Most likely, they pitch their deal hardest to Matty, since GC is tight with Crystal and Ken. But ultimately, it doesn't work...the original Fangs decide to stick together and boot the weakest of the three ex-Kotas (Kelly).

Those are my theories anyway.
