Do you think Terry used the idol right by holding on to it for himself?

That's actually a pretty good strategy. Intimidation is a powerful thing.
Do you think Terry used the idol right by holding on to it for himself? |

The answer is yes, due to the fact that he needed the Idol at the F4 TC since Aras beat him.
Shane, any details you could give us about the CBS' suits influence on casting? I know there have been nasty purges in the past- are they primarily concerned with the "image" of the contestants? |

i think if i woulda been thinkin more clearly, we shoulda devised a plan when we were on the family visit together, where he woulda lemme have it just in case
aras and cirie were turninn on me... they woulda voted for me i woulda had it, he woulda had an ally till the end, danielle woulda gone home and i woulda
mouthfucked both aras and cirie... bvut we were both too overwhelmed with food and lkoved ones to think

Shane, do you remember working on the set of a movie called Bloodfist: Manhunt VII with another struggling actor named Jonathan Penner?

Who on the jury would have voted for you to win if you were in the finals vs Terry? Would anyone have? I mean no offense Shane but pretty much any way you look
at it, if Terry makes it to the finals, he wins, no matter the opponent.

But F3 will still be rigged in favor of Danielle.

I read the title as "SHANE POWERS TAKING A POLE".

Shane is it true Sally and Danielle did not get along because they both wanted to bone Nick?

Danielle home and presumably Cirie at the next TC (since Aras would likely still have immunity). That would make the final 3 you, Terry and Aras. As the
lightest person left you'd win immunity and you would take Terry to the final tribal? Shane you'd lose. |

Hey Shane! Reading your posts was fun. Panama is one of my favorites and you had a lot to do with it.
Of course, there's also how the story was edited. It made me think of an adaptation of "Lord of the Rings"! When Terry, Nick and Austin leave La Mina to come to Casaya, it looked like Frodo and his friends going on their journey. But then something unique happened in Survivor editing: From possible hero, Terry slowly became the villain. Holding onto the idol turned him into a sort of Gollom, his fights with Cirie and Aras showed his arrogance and his constant talk about his numbers became his only story. As for you, I enjoyed following your journey. When you posted about your different characters, you reminded me of what I had written back then: "How many Shanes are there? The "Needy Shane" let Aras down for a couple of cheeseburgers. He also needed Cirie's help with an embarrassing problem. This Shane is not really playing Survivor. The "Authoritarian Shane" doesn't accept dissension and growled every time Jeff or anyone else mentioned changing the game. He's the policeman that keeps Aras in power. This Shane keeps Casaya in order with a firm grip. This Shane is perfect F2 foil material. The "Team Player Shane" huddles everyone and suggests the next boot. He's ready for suggestions and doesn't impose his views. This Shane could win the game but we haven't seen enough of him. Shane, as a father talking about his son, was nice to see even if it meant he put the game on hold. There still remains the "Stormy Shane", the "Quitter Shane", the "Defiant Shane" who says Terry is gone if he doesn't win immunity. There is only one million and since you can't share it, the numerous Shanes cannot win." |

So what you are really saying is that Shane couldn't win the money because he'd have to share it with
his whole multiverse of personalities and that breaks one of the cardinal rules of Survivor…THOU SHALT NOT SHARE THE MONEY!
Of course Romber already did that so maybe Burnett would turn a blind eye to Shane's posse of personalities collecting on the dough too. .

No matter how much Shane and Eliza respected and liked Terry, Sucks are still willing to not to compromise their fixture of hatred toward Terry in their
enfeebled minds.

I can say that as a viewer, I hate (or love) the characters portrayed. I don't know these people in real life... |

Dilorenzownage!! Her betraying him 3 times and finally being the one casayan to actually get rid of him was hilarious because he couldn't stand her and she
just wouldn't go with any of his plans except for when she used him for his vote at F4
