I have no idea, Candace. I just copied and pasted it straight from Yahoo!.

Harumph.
Yahoo! can kiss my ass. Let the record show, I was tied for first! What is weird, is I picked Fresno, like most of y'all, but I assigned the game very low confidence points, while some assigned the game high points, so it actually helped me for them to lose, even though I picked them! It IS like the BCS - no one gets it!! |

It makes complete sense, actually. Y'all guys don't read rules!!
Each week, Yahoo! Sports will select two games to be designated "Tiebreak Games." In any week where two or more players finish with the same number of points, here's the system that'll be used to break the tie:
You'll be able to determine each weekly winner by looking at the Weekly Performance page, where the person winning the week winner will be shown in bold. |

Well shit - I just looked - I have never even seen the tiebreaker section - I never scroll down that far, so I never even fill it out!
I STILL TIED FOR FIRST! ;) And y'all should learn, if you pick Aubarn, assign low, low points - they could very well win only 1 or 2 more games - they not only suck on offense, their team is in total chaos and Tuberville is very close to losing the team altogether. Things are bad down on the farm. |

We went to the Sugar Bowl last year; Hawaii vs. Georgia. It was like watching the pro's play a high school team. I felt so bad for Hawaii's fans...they had such high expectations for their undefeated team. image :P I was there too. I think most Hawaii fans would agree that it was an awesome experience despite the humiliating score. It was probably a good thing in the long run since it showed how much we have to do before becoming a big time football program. The donations and recruiting classes have been up since then. That said, it would have been nice to play Illinois instead. |

Top 25 NCAAF Teams
1 Southern California moves up two spots to reclaim the best college football team throne after blasting Oregon 44-10 in the best win of the week. Earlier opponents, Ohio State and Virginia, chipped-in to defeat Wisconsin and Maryland respectively, aiding the trojans. USC plays Arizona State next week. 2 Oklahoma remains at two after winning at Baylor 49-17. Not as good as USC's Oregon win though. The sooners face-off against rival Texas next week in the biggest game of the month. 3 Alabama falls two spaces after struggling to beat Kentucky 17-14. The crimson tide plays an upset-happy Mississippi in two weeks. 4 Penn State remains at four after winning at Purdue 20-6. The nittany lions visit a reeling and angry Wisconsin next week. 5 Texas remains at five after winning at Colorado 38-14. The longhorns visit rival Oklahoma next week in a huge game which could ultimately determine the Big 12 winner. 6 Missouri returns to the list after shooting down Nebraska 52-17. Missouri is easily the best team in the less competitve Big 12 North, but the tigers will have to face an undefeated Oklahoma State team next week. 7 Florida moves up four spaces after winning at Arkansas 38-7. The gators host a dangerous LSU next week in a huge SEC game. 8 Georgia moves up a space during their bye week. The bulldogs challenge a woeful Tennessee next week. 9 Boise State falls three spaces after beating Louisiana Tech 38-3. The broncos' Bowling Green and Oregon victories are looking less impressive this week. Boise State visits Southern Miss next week. 10 Texas Tech moves up eight spaces after winning at Kansas State 58-28. The raiders host a reeling Nebraska team next week. 11 Georgia Tech moves up four spaces to easily become the ACC leader after beating Duke 27-0.The yellow jackets play an under-matched Gardner-Webb next week. 12 Ohio State jumps eight spaces after winning at Wisconsin 20-17. The buckeyes play Purdue next week. 13 LSU falls six spaces during their bye week. Apparently LSU's weak schedule is catching up to them and their Auburn victory is looking less and less special. But that won't be a problem for the tigers next week when they play against Florida in the swamp. 14 Utah falls four spaces after ekeing out a victory over Oregon State 31-28. More importantly, the two point victory Utah had over Michigan was crapped on by Illinois, who recently beat Michigan 45-20. Utah visits Wyoming next week. 15 TCU falls three spaces after beating San Diego State 41-7. The frogs are desperately needing a quality win but will have to wait several weeks. Next week TCU visits Colorado State. 16 BYU falls eight spaces after struggling to beat Utah State 34-14. The cougar's schedule is not helping them right now. The truth is BYU hasn't played anyone even remotely good. Their wins over Washington and UCLA might have been impressive at the time. But now... The bigot youngs host New Mexico next week. 17 California falls four spaces despite beating Arizona State 24-14. Cal is still being haunted by their Maryland loss. This week Maryland was shut-out at Virginia 0-31, and the bears lost to this team how? Cal visits Arizona in two weeks. 18 Vanderbilt falls four spaces after a narrow 14-13 win over Auburn. The commodores visit Mississippi State next week. Can they avoid a letdown game? 19 Ball State a MAC team in the top 25? Hell yes. Ball State may be the best MAC team ever. The balls jump on the list after winning at Toledo 31-0. Western Kentucky will get a taste of Ball State next week. 20 Kentucky moves up a space after giving Alabama more competition than they had been used to, but ultimately the wildcats were eked out 14-17 in a quality loss. Kentucky faces South Carolina next week. 21 Oklahoma State moves up a space after beating Texas A&M 56-28. The cowboys visit a strong Missouri team next week. 22 North Carolina jumps onto the list after dominating Connecticut 38-12. The tar heels host a 4-1 Notre Dame next week. 23 Virginia Tech falls seven spaces after struggling with a weak Western Kentucky to win 27-13. Also, the hokies' recent five-point Nebraska victory is looking a lot less impressive this week. Virginia Tech visits Boston College in two weeks. 24 Oregon State falls a space after a narrow loss at Utah 28-31. The beavers play a woeful Washington State next week. 25 Wake Forest remains at 25 during their bye week. The deacons play Clemson Thursday night. |

USC isn't even close to #1, dumbass.

Virginia beats Maryland which helps the Trojans?
wtf. |

USC went cross-country to beat Virginia 52-7. A lot of people marginalized the win on account of how bad the cavaliers are, but Virginia was good enough to
shut-out Maryland 31-0.

USC isn't even in the top 5. They are 8th in the AP poll and 9th in USA Today.

USC is #1 this week, they really killed a strong Oregon team. But I strongly suspect the winner of the OU-Texas game will be a far-above #1 next week.

Are you saying of all the games this week, USC had the toughest game so they should be #1? At least they beat one team from Oregon.
|

UrbanCenter |

No, I'm saying Oregon had the toughest game: USC in the Coliseum- 10-44 final score.
While USC has a loss, no other team, including Oklahoma and Alabama, has had this much success with this strong a schedule. And that's why USC is the best team right now. |

I disagree. Look at Alabama's schedule, LSU's schedule..hell, all the SEC team schedules including Vanderbilt who beat (ranked) Auburn this week. The
SEC rocks and the Pac 10 sucks.

Speaking of the AP poll, how is Auburn at #20 with two losses? Yeah, it's the SEC, but shit.

Auburn lost to two ranked teams...LSU and Vandy. Both were pretty close games..26-21 and 14-13. I think they were ranked around #8 so to go to #20 is a
pretty big fall.
