I've never really had a favourite tribe until last season. New Yaxha was awesome, best group of Survivors ever. I can honestly say I liked everyone on that tribe, that's why it kind of broke my heart that they ended up on the losing end after the merge. Good thing Danni won though

Casaya is tops with me. I also dug Pagong, Lopevi, Ulong and Chuay Gahn.
On the flip side, I detested Rotu, except for Kathy. |

I thought I'd like Aitu because they're the smart tribe, but ended up liking Raro because they have more fun characters with Parvati, Nate, Candice, and Jonathan.
Can't cheer for Ozzy after ep.2 and the two remaining armpit girls are nothing characters. I added Casaya and Raro to my lists at the start of the thread. We've been lucky S9-S12 that the boring tribes with fewer gamers haven't gained control at the merge, but it finally happened with the Aitu 4. |

Yul is like Heidik in S5. Or maybe Yul\Becky are like Romber in ASS.
Dominant players, but a tribe of chumps offereing hem no real compettition. Which means pagonging followed by a predicatable endgame. Ozzy and the armpit girls seem along for the ride. Great postmerge dynamic - no pagonging, interesting characters battle to the end. S6 - Jabaru 7 S7 - Drake 4 + Outcast 2 Decent postmerge dynamic S1 - Tagi 5 S4 - Powershift 5 S12 - Casaya 6 S9 - Yasur 6 S11 - New Nakum 6 S10 - Koror 5 S2 - Ogakor 5 Poor postmerge dynamic - pagonging by not so interesting or likeable characters, often dominated by a single leader. S8 - Chapera 6 S3 - Boran 4 S5 - Chuay 5 S13 - Aitu 4 |

Casaya, duh. I also really loved NuJaburu, Mogo Mogo (pre disolve), Yasur, Yaxha, and my favorite merged tribe was Hae Da Fung.

It's weird that nobody likes Sook Jai, and still everybody hates the one season where the worse tribe was actually pagonged over the better one. Okay,
maybe Africa to a lesser extent but personally I didn't like Boran that much.
