Everything that happens during the current team part of the game is a waste, and all it is determined by the random team selection. Watch the ratings suffer. And if a strong player has bad luck in getting a challenge that doesn't highlight his or her strengths (although in your opinion, the only strong players can really be "hims", huh?), then s/he can AND WILL be voted out by weaklings because there is absolutely NO reason to keep him or her around. The only reason Ace survived was because he was physically strong, and the tribe needed him, and Paloma was weak. THAT'S HOW THE CURRENT SYSTEM WORKS! Sure, you may have idiots that boot strong players early, but for the most part, the weakest players are targetted first, whereas in your system, the strongest players who have bad luck in the random choosing of challenges are targetted first. So thank you for utterly being owned by this past episode to the point where you took a whole day to tribe and come up with some fucktarded excuse for why your system is better than the system that has taken out a scrawny whiner, an old lady, and the smallest girl in the game, all in a row. Must be hard when Survivor proves how much better it is than your crappy system. And thanks again for being so owned by my response to you that you couldn't even copy a whole sentence to refute, so instead you just copied the part that I copied from you and repeated all the dumb shit you said before.

It is luck if you are given an undeserved advantage, and bad luck if you are given a undeserved disadvantage, like Michelle and all the other first players voted off. All of them, dummy. Under my system, there is no luck, and there are no weaklings targeting strong players, because they have separated based on merit. Not luck. Merit.

Your system doesn't remove luck. It just puts more emphasis on a specific sort of luck, rather than spreading it around. You're a complete joke and you're been thoroughly owned in just how wrong you are over the past two weeks, so let this thread die.

Except for it to be equal, you would have to take into account a contestant's physical abilities and balance it out that way, so for example, someone like Courtney would have to carry, say, a 5 pound weight, whereas James would have to carry a 100 lbs weight. Sound fair? No? Well good, because it isn't. That's why the challenges are luck. A physical challenge is bad luck for someone who's not physical, and a mental challenge is bad luck for someone who's not good at puzzles. There's no ifs, ands or buts about it. You can't possibly craft 13+ challenges to equally accomodate 16+ people, so obviously, there's a luck factor in what challenge is used when.

The producers work in personality and psychical factors when deciding who goes where. It's not like they draw names out of a hat :/

What is the best way to "equalize" all contestants, despite the fact that some are good and should be rewarded, and some aren't and should be penalized? Introduce luck, in the form of a) random team placement and b) permanent team placement (until merge).
