They have change of clothes -- I saw Charlie wearing sneakers last night and it looks like he has shorts too. And Dan has that wife beater T-shirt he wears.

I'm certain they wear layers, since at this point there should be no "surprise" that the game is about to start. Not sure about the shoes though,
maybe they got sneakers this season? I know I'd wear a couple layers of clothing if I went on, shorts and t-shirt underneath and all. It just makes sense.
