What was the storyline with the goat again? I vaguely remember it, but I remember it was hiding out in the bathroom. Solid premiere, but I like whore Barney
better than serious Barney. And agree-Stella is definitely NOT the mom.

Sorry for the delay, finally updated the header... as always, just let me know what you're thinking after the episodes for good ones and I'll throw
'em up there.

Whoa. Anyone else think that was an affirmatively bad ep?
I really could've done without the closeups of Marshall eating and the hamburger sexual innuendo. Further disconcerting was that on this of all days, they run an ep prominently featuring a bank? Weird.... Loved the Goliath National Bank screenshot at the very end. I wonder if that was last minute. |

Yeah, it was a bad episode. The only redeeming part was Robin's sexy legs.

Robin wanting to eat food towards the end had me cracking up. Regis basically attacking Barney was pretty funny. The episode got better towards the end, I really wasn't into the beginning that much. |

It wasn't that bad and Regis made the episode for me. I just wanted to scream through the t.v. set: "Just pick up the burger and take it with you Robin!". |

^^ I KNOW!! After all, they payed for it, right? Geez. I thought it was a decent show.

I rated it an 8, but only because of Regis - and I never realized how SHORT he is.....
I'm right there with ya - if I was Robin and hadn't eaten in 2 days I would've said "screw you" and taken a burger with me. Overall the show was not as good as it should be, but it's still one of my 'must sees'. |

I actually really liked it. I loved Marshall's hamburger soliloquy. So eloquent!

It wasn't horrible. The Robin last to get her food gag was pretty good.
I'm really glad there was no Stella. I love Sarah Chalke, but not so much on HIMYM. |

I laughed hard when they showed Regis' picture in every burger place Marshall was in...I hadn't seen any promos and didn't know Regis was in the
episode....I just thought it was random that his picture was in every one...
also loved when Marshall threw Robin's burger on the ground and Robin eating out of the garbage by the ATM or whatever she was doing.... for the thread title- Barney said something about the Burger being so good he wanted to sew his ass up or something...don't remember if that's the exact line.... |

Barney and Robin are what make this show great.
I was seriously laughing so hard when Robin got on the little girls bike and rode it to the city. Her flipping in the air was probably the funniest thing is quite some time. Barney keeping his fist in the air was a pretty funny skit. I am kind of over Stella, I just wish they would break up already. Marshall declaring his love for Jersey and then Lily giving him a death stare was quite funny. Oh and Robin moving to Japan? |

Robin must not leave!! She's my favorite.
Oh and NJ <3333 |

NJ vs NY was great. I love Marshall snapping and admitting he hates NY and loves NJ. The line about being some freakish monster from the sea who destroys
bodegas was classic.
Robin's bike jump was amazing. I love how Ted worded it. Last weeks' was also great. Mostly because I found a place in NY that has the best burger in the city (a relatively well kept secret) so I totally related to Marshall. Regis was hysterical in it too |

Welp. You gonna cough up the location of this place?
Awesome eppie at last! Nice moving through the storylines, Barney-centric arm in the air, "Secaucus, Secaucus," Marshall snapping, and the big finish of ... wait for it... molar bear. Loved that they got the Boss to license Jersey Girl at the sappy point. Anyone else experience a frisson of greatness upon seeing the countdown clock? |

P.ertition for "I Guess You Could Say it's a Molar Bear" (or however it was phrased) or "No Snakes on the Lesbian Plane!" to be the
subtitle
I loved last week's episode even though it really had no relevance in the storyline whatsoever...but those standalone episodes are usually pretty legen--wait for it... see the original Robin Sparkles ep. And I know the feeling--a few years ago I found absolutely the best pizza place in New York. Really tiny place--they had a grand total of three people working there. But the crust was perfect; the cheese was just right; and to top it all off, the waitress was insanely hot. I made it a point to keep the receipt for the address...but I can't find it. I guarantee it's buried in some drawer somewhere but every time I go to NYC I look around for it and can't find it. I will make it back there...someday. Tonight's was good too; the only thing I wasn't crazy about was the Barney fist thing...that felt way too forced. And the intro was wasted; Barney trying to land the lesbian plane really should have been fleshed out more. And I wanna see the repercussions of Marshall professing his love of NJ. But I can't really fault an otherwise really good ep--not that it's a surprise; this is the most consistent show on air today after 30 Rock. Now then...somebody, please, please, please could anyone make me an animated avatar of Robin's dance as she didn't hear that it was only an audition? I'll pay you! (In a kudos and comment, but seriously, I'd really appreciate it) |
