HYour system basically makes it so that a person could be strategically retarded and still win, something that would thankfully never happen under the current system, although we came close with Terry in Season 12. And Michelle had plenty chance to be good at other aspects of the game. She decided to isolate herself from the rest of the tribe because she thought she was better than them, and as a result, the rest of the tribe hated her. It sounds a lot like how you'd be if you were on Survivor.

In a worst case scenario, which you seem to exist in when discussing my system, the best a strategic retard could do would be come in second place.

Under the current system, in EVERY scenario, players are voted off without even having a chance.

Under your system, the final 2 would 90% of the time be someone who never went to tribal council due to being an arrogant challenge whore, and thus never doing any sort of strategizing, and a weakling who did tons of strategizing due to falling into the bottom grouping the majority of the time. And due to the fact that the two games are extremely different, it could go either way, thus guaranteeing a winner who would either be a complete moron who got to the end on strength alone or a complete wuss who either got to the end by being the smartest wuss in the game, or just by being someone so pathetic that no one would ever have a reason to vote them out. Either way, we'd have one of the worst winners ever, on par with Amber.

Also, why do you automatically assume that people are giving up Survivor just because someone temporarily strong, like Michelle, is voted out? First off, given that you're bitching about it, and you're going to watch the rest of the season regardless of who's voted out, like a sheep, why do you assume that the show is going to suddenly drop in ratings because people will be pissed at Michelle's boot? Plenty of people hated Michelle for her bitchy attitude and were happy she was voted out. And then Gillian was voted out in the same episode, thus appeasing all the people that only root for challenge whores. The real reason Survivor is losing ratings is because it's been on for seventeen seasons now, and as a result, the show is just stale to some people. Sometimes, the seasons just get repetitive. Sometimes the cast sucks. Hell, here's a factor you forgot. As the focus of the show began more and more on challenges and hidden immunity idols, rather than the players themselves, the ratings went down. *gasp* So I guess that means that the challenges are the shittiest part of the show and in fact, your system would kill Survivor even faster.

And finally, you're saying that Michelle was the absolute STRONGEST player on her tribe? She was stronger than the personal trainer? Than the guy who outraced her to the top of the hill? Than the Olympic athlete? 'cause you know, when you're voted out unanimously in an 8-1 vote, that doesn't mean that just the weak players didn't like you. I means that the entire tribe hated you. The tribe thought Michelle's attitude was shit, and because of that, they were willing to weaken themselves physically in order to get rid of her. If the weak were really in control of the tribe like you say, then Dan would've been voted out by the idiots that thought he had the idol. THEN you might have a case. But the fact is, Michelle was a scrawny girl and she was booted first, and after her, rather than one of the young, strong guys, they booted the 61-year-old woman. Your argument sucks and you're completely wrong.

EXACTLY. You bitch about Parvati being weak and bitch about Michelle being strong, when they're probably the very same, physically. Be consistent or admit your system is wrong.
