You guys are missing some good stuff with the BBAU watching.
BBUS vs BBUK vs BBAU Format: BBAUS (I actually think they do a few things better than BBUK when it comes to the game itself. Like votes to save/evict. Tinkering with the voting style to make sure it works. 2 points/1 point. Etc. But we'd have to keep the UK sensibility and leave the OZ Voting public behind.) BBUK1: Melanie BBAU1: Sara Marie BBUK2: Brian BBAU2: Peter BBUS2: Nicole BBUK3: Alex BBAU3: Dan (Reggie is my favorite reality person of all times, and although I'd love to see her again, her story is so perfect in BBAU3, I don't wanna mess with it.) BBUS3: Marcellas BBUK4: Jon BBAU4: No one. BBUS4: Alison BBUK5: Nadia BBAU5: Tim BBUS5: Nakomis BBUK6: Derek BBAU6: Camilla BBUS6: Janelle BBUK7: Aisleyne (Nikki has become too self aware) BBAU7: Zach BBUS7: Jase BBUK8: Charley BBAU8: Alice BBUS8: Jen BBUK9: Mikey BBUS9: James BBUS10: Dan BBUKCH: Amy 13 men and 13 women |

I would love to see some of these seasons happen, even though they would probably end up sucking.

I loathe BBAU, hate hate hate it. Never seen a season I've liked, so I shant be including it in my list.
I'm going to also go for the most disfuctional, entertaining house possible, which will sadly leave out a lot of my favorites. BBUK1 - Nick BBUS1 - Chicken George BBUK2 - Brian BBUS2 - Nicole BBUK3 - Jade BBUS3 - Amy BBUK4 - Federico BBUS4 - Alislut BBUK5 - Michelle BBUS5 - Marvin BBUK6 - Craig BBUS6 - Janelle BBUK7 - Nikki BBUS7 - Danielle BBUK8 - Charley BBUS8 - Jen BBUK9 - Rex BBUS10 - Renny That would be a hilarious house. And I agree with whoever said Craig is a great character, he truly is. He was so cringeworthy I had a hard time looking at him half the time, but he was a brilliant housemate. I think people don't give him the entertainment credit he deserves just because he is probably the most pathetic person ever to be on a reality show and he was hard to watch. |

The weird thing about Craig is that whenever he comes up on interview shows he always seems to have dealt with all the abuse quite well, unlike the Lukes of
the show who keep bitching after any tiny little thing doesn't go their way. He'd be terrible on an All-Stars show though since he's definitely
grown up and experienced the world - a lot of the great characters on the show were so strong because they were taken from a small-town lifestyle and forced to
interact with the world at large (one of the reasons I'm not a BB7 fan is that the house seemed a lot more worldly, except for Bonnie and Glyn).
BBUK1: Nick BBUS1: Will Mega BBUK2: Stuart BBUS2: Will BBUK3: Adele BBUS3: Roddy BBUK4: Jon BBUS4: Alison BBUK5: Ahmed BBUS5: Jase BBUK6: Derek BBUS6: Janelle BBUK7: Nikki BBUK8: Charley BBUS8: Jen BBUK9: Mario BBUS9: Jen BBUS10: Renny |

At least the last time I saw a video of Craig it was very clear how he dealt with the abuse. He ate. A lot. He ate a lot very often. He was huge in that
interview where he was walking with his dogs on the beach complaining about how they could have edited things to make it seem like Anthony was stalking him and
how it would have been accurate

Craig is still fat, but he at least got over the "zomg editing" phase. I'm not sure if he still believes in white pride or that the Egyptians
were aliens

Coming back in the house didn't do good for Jon, Nikki and Jade. |

The problem with people leaving and then coming back is they see what everyone thinks of them and it lifts their egos, or make them stop doing the things we like. I mean, even Maxwell and Saskia got ruined by hearing themselves get cheered. Has their even been a non-disappointing All-Star season of anything? Well Survivor: Micronesia was great but that was only half all-stars. But my point is, people going back in doesn't work. |

Well Survivor: Micronesia was great but that was only half all-stars. But my point is, people going back in doesn't work. And I'd argue that the reason that was the case was that they were forced to play a strategic game where their popularity/perception couldn't matter or it could potentially put them in danger. Cirie voting the very popular YM off, for instance. The final three were all focused on winning the money (a very welcome change from previous seasons btw) to the point that worrying about how they were coming off was something they just couldn't bother with. I would like to see a short, Celebrity Length Season with some of the more notable past housemates of UK. But, I don't think it would work if push came to shove. Because they'd be playing up to the cameras hardcore and they'd all feel they had images to uphold. It would be probably a trainwreck. So while it's nice to dream a little dream about it...yeah. |

I just hope they never do an all star season as an attempt to get back viewers, it is likely it would be shit and it might kill the show.

I dont think they will attempt an all-star season until its clear that its the very last one and then they may try it.

The Panto was close enough to an All-Stars season and Channel 5 had a show called 'Back To Reality', featuring lots of random UK reality-zlebs
(including Jade) and it failed pretty badly, so I'll be surprised if it happens, except as a possible Celeb edition if they can't get enough actual
stars due to budget cuts.
I still realllllllly want them to do the "two houses that don't know about each other" thing that keeps getting rumoured every year. |

I would love to see that, the only problem is there wouldn't be that many people in each house and they would probably figure out there are two houses. Twists like that only work when they don't know about eachother. But it would still be great. I really would like to see them try to do a season where they have one group come in on launch night, and no new people unless some walks or is ejected. It doesn't have to be a small group, it could be sixteen, but I just want one group for the whole season. |

It doesn't have to be a small group, it could be sixteen, but I just want one group for the whole season.Oooh! I think you're so so wrong about this. BBAU3 actually did the two house twist. Actually, they were just completely brilliant from the start. The launch show was brilliant. These people would come up in the car and randomly, Big Brother would let some of them up on stage essentially to go into the house and other people would be told Get back in the car, you're not in the house. And people were shocked and so disappointed, it was hilarious. They put one guy in the Round house by himself for 24 hours. And then they put 5 people in the Square House on night one. Then, day two, each house got one more person. Then the round house got 2 people, the next two days. Then the last day, each house got one more person. So there were 7 in both. They knew about the other house because they could hear each other screaming, and Leah, the last girl in the round house actually became known for trying to communicate. "DO YOU HAVE A POOL?????!!" Twists like that only work when they don't know about eachother. So both houses were aware that the other existed and it only made the show that must better. Because the outcasts of each house dreamed longingly of the other house, how better it would be for them. While it also built up some rivalry with some people who thought Square>Round or Round>Square. Not only that, but in week three, they did a partial housemate swap which was so great, because these people were forced to take their house dynamics and squash them, because the others were so insistent that their house stay the same and not change because of new people. All the while, everyone was massively excited for the house merge, which happened after the Day 22 eviction. Day Day 22 or 23 I think. So, they all came together and it was absolutely brilliant. In fact, I think the premise would have been worse if they hadn't known about the other, because one of the best aspects of the early season was Belinda/Leah (Square/Round) feeling really on the outs and knowing they'd get along better in the other house. And, of course flourishing for the most part when the house merged. Until of course Leah was evicted after one week in the merged house and Belinda quit because she couldn't handle the mind fucks of one of the more devious players in the game. So I too would LOVE to see a BBUK with two houses. But I kinda get why they don't do that. They essentially have 48 hours of footage, every day, and have to make that into one show. They've kinda done that a few times with the HND and the HWH in Seasons 7 and 8, and I'm sure it was difficult to edit. But the psychological crap that two houses cause is BRILLIANT and I would love love love to see it. but I just want one group for the whole season.I actually really like intruders. Because it freshens the show up a lot of the time and we get some awesome people sometimes too. Sara, for instance. And in a bad season, intruders can sometimes be the only thing to watch the show for. BBAU7, for instance when Zach comes in. And I think most people would feel the same way. Especially after how the recent seasons have gone. If you actually had just one group, it would get so stale people would get really frustrated and stop watching, I think. I actually think season 9 had the perfect intruder/replacement schedule. We had the girls on day 30, then we had Nicole day 58. And that was enough to really give the series steam in that last month where it sometimes gets a little hard to swallow. BB8 for instance needed that new blood, and they arbitrarily evicted David/Shanessa/Amy in two weeks. Making it essentially pointless. And Jonty/KaraLouise by themselves didn't change the group dynamic enough to keep it from being batshit boring at the end. |
