Life is much better now.
It was definitely much more relaxing watching the feeds last night.
Kind of a pleasant, easy feeling.

I know people were talking about this the other day but what's the deal with Dan's AP prize if he wins 2nd prize? I can see him losing the AP prize
money if he gets the $500k but does he get it if he wins the $50k?

and do they still get their stipend along with their winnings?

I hope Dan wins. Memphis has slid by all the way and turned on close allies to get to the end while Dan defended the alliance and took a huge risk to protect
it. That's the type of gameplay that should be rewarded.

I think Dan should get to keep the money whether he takes 1st or 2nd. He took a risk by accepting the AP and should get the money either way. (imo) |

It's should be considered bonus money. It's like working and everyone else getting their wages and the boss says to you, "I know you put in the time like everyone but because I'm giving you a bonus, I don't think I'll bother paying you your wages for the last 3 months, but hey, thanks for the good job." IMO, they should get both. |

I agree with BOB.
It should be your weekly pays plus prizes. CBS always screws everyone - fuckers. |

I dont totally disagree with that logic. I just think the original intention of the stipend wasn't for "services rendered" for BB houseguests
bot rather to compensate the sequestered houseguests with money they could otherwise be earning if they were to return to their lives and jobs. Seeing as
they're out of the game, other than to spend maybe a week decompressing I dont know how many houseguests would stay in sequester that long if they
weren't being paid to.
I wonder if in seasons 1 and 2 when the juries werent sequestered if there was any kind of stipend for the time they spent IN the house... I'm assuming not. I'd say Memphis and Dan deserve both (prize and stipend) but that's mostly because I like them and think they earned every penny they'll get. If we're talking about the Donatos, Maggie and Ivette, Boogie and Erika or any of the other previous final-twos that I either didn't like or didn't care about, I dont feel sad that they didn't get a stipend since they all went home with a lot of money. |

But because they're on TV, there should have to be some sort of payment from CBS to use them on the show. Otherwise, they shouldn't be allowed to show
them. There must be some SAG stipulation or something about that. Even an extra on a show with no lines gets paid for being on a television show. It's
the same thing to me.

They should pay them an amount which equals the amount of money they would have earned, if any, had they not come on the show. For example, Jerry probably
gets Social Security and maybe a pension and gets that money regardless of his appearance on BB - so Jerry should get nothing unless he had some type of job in
his retirement. Keesha should get whatever she would have earned by working at Hooters. Don't know if Dan is paid over the summer as a teacher, but if he
lost money by being on the show, BB should make up the difference. That's how it should work.

So, only the sequestered jurors get a stipend - I always assumed all of them did, Jesse was out of the real world for 4 weeks, wasn't he compensated for
that?? Along with the other 3 that left before him?
