Just throwing this out there... could it be that IF Dan is allowed to talk to a jury member, that member has some chance to influence or even vote in this next eviction? I think CBS has given Grodner WAY too much license. If he gets personal contact with the Jury, what little integrity is there will be shot...

I don't think there's any way he can win the endurance part, so he will only be going against one of them in Part 2. But I still think it will be hard for him to win that one. If he did get to the final part it is basically a crap shoot. Or is the more likely way that Memphis throws both parts knowing that both are taking him and Jerry just gets lucky in the final part? It still looks like J's chances aren't good, but since I never, ever like the BB winner I'm expecting the worst.

How do they get Meeechelle out of there/away from the other jurors? Would she be able to talk about it? And even if he is able to take her on an excursion, it doesn't necessarily insure that Meeechelle would still vote for him OR try to influence the jury in his favor. It could very well backfire on him. If Meeeechelle has been trashing Dan then goes away for a period of time (hours, a day) and returns to be pro-Dan...jurors will know something's up. Libra would sniff that in a heartbeat! And Meeechelle's not good at convincing others to think like she does...she tortures them until they say uncle.
