It's my belief that Dan won POV. Every single person in the house was in bed or heading to bed after the comp and Dan was up and about. He showered, ate some cereal in the kitchen, dilly-dallied around cleaning his ears out, and clipping his toenails. He appears to be the only one in the house that feels comfortable. I think Memphis isn't talking because he's worried that his deal with Jerry could fall through when Dan saves himself. Perhaps he's also dealing with making that deal behind Dan's back. I do not believe Memphis spoke with Dan about a fake deal with Jerry....or maybe that was Memphis and Dan's plan all along (to have Memphis make a fake deal with Jerry in the hopes of him replacing the saved Dan with Renny instead of Memphis).

Jerry appeared to be in deep thought in the HOH. I think he's trying to decide who he will replace when Dan saves himself. Does he believe Memphis, the person he's hated from day 1, or does he get out Renny, the woman he has never gotten along with and who openly hates him and would never make a deal with him to save her own life in this game.

Obviously there would be no need for any deep thought at all had it been Memphis who won the POV except perhaps Jerry wondering if Memphis lied and he will save Dan anyway, going against the deal he and Memphis made. Then, of course, Jerry is in deep thought trying to figure out how he will continue in the game against the three strongest players.

We know that Keesha did not win POV. Renny told her she did good and Keesha replied, "not good enough."
