I only started watching this show a couple weeks ago, the one with the dog painting, so I can't give a full & complete opinion of how this show is.

However, from what I've seen so far, I think most of the challenges are terrible and the judges are constantly contradicting themselves.

Just from the 3 weeks I've seen, my top 3 are/were: Star, Galaxy & Presley. Star & Galaxy are the two best trained dogs and should have been the final 2.

Star's elimination was a bummer the other night. Although I figured it was coming from the very beginning of the episode when Presley's owner was talking about how much help Star's owner was giving him throughout the competition. Star & his owner were just too good to make it to the finale.

Presley makes my #3, because it seems that Presley is learning and teaching his owner a lot during this competition and I always want the contestant making the most strides & improvement to stay in the competition so that they get the most out of. He shouldn't win, but should be in until the end.

Nothing against Andrew and Leroy, it's just that in the few episodes I've seen, they haven't done anything extraordinary or out of character in my eyes. Also, I've just never been that enthralled with those little dogs. Just a personal opinion. Andrew is cute, I'll admit, but he's not my idea of a dog. Leroy is adorable, but he is like any other border collie I've seen and hasn't come across as extraordinarily trained.

With sweet Star out of the competition , I sure hope Galaxy wins with Presley as runner up.

And I hope Galaxy's injury isn't too serious and he has a quick recovery. 9 years old is too old to be jumping off cliffs in a harness! Terrible challenge. The ramp and high walk were fine, but to expect a dog to jump to his death is RIDICULOUS! Now, what if Presley, Galaxy & Leroy think that they can always jump off of something like that and think they are safe with some kind of harness? I just think the challenge was reckless and not fair to the dogs.

I am not surprised that poor Galaxy got hurt strapped to that thing. These dogs don't know how to position themselves while jumping hooked into a harness so as to not injure themselves. I can still see how Presley was whipping his head and twisting around as he was coming down the zip line with the "WTF is on my back?" look on his face. I'm surprised Presley wasn't injured with the way he was writhing and whipping his head around during his jump.

So, in 3 episodes I have mixed feelings about this show. I can see the greatness that it could be, but as it is right now, I think it is at times reckless, irresponsible, ridiculous and totally contradictory.
