" Tres was your granda ever Worthy Matron???"
I don't know, buy my mom might. My grandmother would never, ever even tell me what the stuff on her ring meant. That woman loved me so, so much; I'm not even sure if there are words to describe how much she loved me. She wouldn't tell me the Eastern Star secrets though There is always a hallway with pictures of all the past potentates for that temple (I think that's what they are called). I've never seen one that looked Middle Eastern; what is the connection? Were the first masons from the east? Certainly you are allowed to say whether one lump or two is preferred, Weems. |

I know that my dad was a Mason for a while (possibly before I was born); and his mother and maybe my mother were in the Order of the Eastern Star.
It was only in the last five years or so that I began to find out about "The Masons". And then I was afraid to ask my dad anything about them. Aren't they supposed to be part of that whole Illuminati thing? |

Yes, Tres, your Grammy was Worthy Matron for her chapter or whatever it is called.

They said the only way to prevent the eruption was for me to crawl through their legs up the volcano while they gave me my birthday whacks. It turns out they weren't druid priests at all! Just a couple of Shriners looking for a good time! I always thought whacks was wax. Those Shriners must've REALLY been looking for a good time. |
