Insane! it's pretty amazing, all right. i don't even think this qualifies as a deal or a contract. i don't think the elements are even there. dan gets NOTHING out of this so why the fuck would he do it and how dumb is ollie to think he would? oh, i remember now. (ollie to michelle: 'he'll do it because he doesn't want US coming after him next week. you and ME? no, he doesn't want THAT.) this is like some bad used car deal, where ollie paid for the car and got the car but dan got the KEYS to the car.
