Whoever made the Darnell = Nikki comparison is right on the money in terms of them shooting themselves in the foot. The difference is that Nikki's return
was clouded by having been out of the house and thus knowing what the public wanted to see. Yes, she did it on purpose, but who wouldn't in that same
situation?
Darnell on the other hand, is screwing himself over for no apparent reason. |

well done on the thread title CP! all I can envision is GM on the series finale of Extras.
like someone posted, i also think it would be kind of fun if sucksters in the same geographical area had a meetup at some point - say, to watch the BBUK finale; it really isn't that much fun to watch alone - but otoh i have a greater fear that people would hate each other IRL. It get bad enough on this board sometimes, i can only imagine the blood that would be spilt in person. i imagine fisticuffs over who prefers sam over amanda, or dannii minogue vs sophie ellis-bextor.... it could just go horribly wrong. i hope i'm not the only one who found mario's proposal terribly AWKWARD and cringeworthy. It was just so cruel yet hilarious that BB didn't open
the door to the garden! Rex telling Sarah her singing should be outlawed = I can't believe how Rachel wet herself over a basket of grapes. It's so grating!!! I can only imagine if they'd thrown in some bottled water; she would have been orgasmic. I really can't bear her pollyanna bullshit anymore. kat's playing to the cameras is even getting on my nerves, although it's taken 80 days I'm finally ready to get rid of her. For a while, this was Darnell's game to lose... and based on his behavior lately, he's done just that. In a way, I appreciate he fact that even he realizes that he's being a stubborn, ungrateful pain in the arse, but I just wish he would do something about it. The horrible things he said about Sarah - even he realized he was wrong, but then he refused to fix things. It's so frustrating. I don't think he's evil, he's just too immature for his age. If only he would swallow his pride, stop the pity party 24/7 and stop laying guilt trips on people. |

Yeah I think Miki is the funniest for that. Poor thing doesn't remember who he hates until about 10 min into a Daily. :)I know, I'm all over the place with my hate/love, especially this season. I'm kinda like that irl. I'm liking Rex again, ugh. Fuck! I'm officially sucked in. I love how he made fun of Lisa meeting Mario for a globe.  I love how he just sat there with his arms crossed. I
LOVE that Rex. It's bizzare how I have seething hate for him one second and love the next. I suspect irl, I'd really like him,
he's a prick and asshole too but he's just clever and dynamic, you don't meet people like him often at all. Something about him, he's got an X
factor to him that you do not get with most people. I hate myself for starting to love him. I complain about him but there is just something about Rexy that
I cannot ignore.
I'm also finding him soo attractive now too. Fuck, I hate myself, I feel like such a hypocrite. 
Rex's comments about Sara getting a dildo was hilarious. I just hate that Demon Child Nicole ruined his chances of winning.

And yeah Kitty nailed Darnell (but not in a sexual way). It's immaturity combined with insecurity that causes him to lash out. It's basically an extension of pulling a girl's pig tails. He likes her and can't handle it so he lashes out out of spite/frustration. He CAN fix this but he's too stubborn and paranoid. Loved the opening narration of yesterday's show "Today, Big Brother is being nice." as though that's so special and rare it needed
pointing out. Says a lot ;) Also Why would anyone think MARIO'S proposal could be awkward and cringe-worthy? Why I'd never associate those words with
him!

I wish Darnell would get over his stubborness and try to repair the damge he has done. I just don't get him sometimes. He does act like a child and
doesn't seem to know how to handle rejection at all. I do realize that Sara was giving off the wrong signals at times with him, but he should have just
left it alone and just continued their friendship. They are stuck in that house together and it has to be awkward for both of them. Even now with him having
his go's at Kat and even Rachel (?), is he trying to get himself nominated and out of the house? I don't know that it would go that far though. There
may be enough die hard fans out there that will keep him till the final no matter what.

EEEEEE!!!! Why didn't anyone tell me they'd be playing Will Young in the house during Lisa's engagement party?? I'm actually glad no one did. It was a great surprise. "Evergreen"'s one of my faves. I hope he sings it when I see him in Nov :) That was a great show yesterday. I like the ones where everyone gets along and is having a good time. I thought Lisa was really really sweet. Nice seeing
her not be just a weirdo. The only downside was Darnell being an idiot about the MP3 player. At least he realized he was an idiot and managed to enjoy it
later. Rex was adorable in his questioning of Lisa's meeting Mario story. "Oh so he worked there?" Sara's letter was sweet. I was a little put off that she was willing to kiss Mo for some cider. I would have deadpaned "So I'm a whore?" Not to say he wasn't SUPER creepy especially when he wanted his cigarette back. Perv. Nasty, nasty perv. Mikey was actually decent for about 5 sec. talking to Rex about his champagne. Of course he ruins it by being incredulous that Rex didn't crack open the bottle of vintage champagne to share. Umm it's HIS and he can (and should) save it for when he wants to open it. Aside from that they already had not one, but TWO different champagne parties that day! Ugh Darnell with the MP3 player drove me nuts, didnt you get the memo Darnell? Big Brother was being NICE and him being so ungrateful pissed me off. At least
his was so personalized to songs he liked rather than a pizza or a bar of chocolate.
Despite loathing Mario, I was really happy for Lisa. It was really sweet when she was talking about always believing she would eventually find someone and started getting choked up. I dont think I've ever been so grossed out by a person on reality tv as I get grossed out looking at Mo. He is just vile. |
