I've heard a lot of people wonder why there isn't one, and now their wait is over.
So a friend of mine works for a very liberal, estrogenic non-profit. To make their two straight male employees feel accepted, they have made August "Man Month". Luckily, they haven't made it as joyless as all the other months. They have a lot of cool events, like the "vending machine relay race." I can't remember the other ones, but it all sounded really fun.
