just make retailers put "Trans Fat" in the title of the food. Like "trans fat burger." Would people buy that? Well, at least they would know what they're getting into. I dunno. Would they smoke a big bowl of "carcinogen laden brain retarder"? |

Fine with me. Unless I have to ingest their second hand brewskis.

No, don't legalize it, but make the penalty equal to 3 times the value of pot that they get caught with. Plus court costs.

Because stoners are notoriously loaded?

I hate pot but I think it would be only fair to legalize it seeing as booze is legal.
Just as long as people can't do it in public areas. It fucking stinks. |

Looks like in ten years marijuana will be legal and tobacco will not.

It depends on who's smoking it. Does some tragically unhip mom need to smoke pot? Do gym teachers need to smoke pot? Do Ren Faire whores need to smoke pot?
I submit the answer to these questions is no.

Yes... thankfully where I live the law is not enforced anyways and it's a victimless crime. It is currently easier for minors to buy dope than cigarettes,
it should be taxed and controlled.

I don't want to see it taxed and controlled.... People should be able to grow their own if they like, with restrictions as far as where/when you can smoke
it -- just like there are restrictions w/ alcohol.

No. I like sneaking around and doing something illegal.

I'd like to see pot treated like alcohol.
