so yeah, recently they started to be in the lower half of the top 10; before that they were in the lower third of the top half pretty consistently. it seems like maybe a minor thing to complain about since they certainly should be able to field a competitive team with that kind of payroll, but to know that ownership could spend a lot more and still be very profitable is pretty upsetting
