She's nomming her because she'll get zero flack for doing so. Keesha's a floater who didn't want HoH. There is NO ONE in the house who would've put her up this week, so she's fucked. No matter what she does, she'll go from zero enemies to at least one. Getting Angie out is her best chance of no repercussions. I hate it and it sucks, but I get it. I just wish I could believe that all the jealous bile was her trying to make Angie an easier boot and not her real feelings. I'm still holding on to a smidgeon of hope though. Angie hasn't talked to her yet and the DR could definitely hit her hard with some "Is this what Steven would want?" questions.
