It's been a long, long time since I have been in the LTS forum. I usually enjoy fanfics so I thought I'd read this one. It's good, I hope that you can finish it, Island Sun. You didn't break your leg or something like that, did you?

I'll give some general comments about the first 4 episodes here, and I'll fill out the official survey for episode 5.
-Overall, I liked your choices for the cast. I could have done without Cao Boi, but he went early, so it worked out well.
-In episode 2, I thought that it was a poor move on Tikei's part to sit Wanda for the Reward Challenge. Although protein from fish can be important to a tribe's morale/performance, I think Immunity is more important - thus, they should have planned for her to sit out the Immunity Challenge instead, since it was a good bet it would be a physical challenge (as it was).
-Most of the men in this game are pretty lame. Brook seems to have some connection to Misty but she's completely running the show. Brian might have something in his future but his overall game position is inferior. Of course Dave has the idol and I think that he'll definitely be able to sniff out when to play it. However, I'm hoping he doesn't win - he just isn't my idea of a good survivor. The scene you wrote where he found the idol was superb, I must say. After that, the only man left is Jeff, and it seems he'll be voted out soon.
-The challenge scenes have been well-written in general. I really love original challenges but I realize how difficult it is to come up with them, and then write them. Thus, although most of your challenges have been the same or similar to ones used on the actual show, they are definitely not taking away from the game.
-I kind of like the fact that I haven't found a contestant to hate (I usually have at least one to hate on the real show). Obviously I don't care for Dave, but I wouldn't be too upset if he won. Ordinarily I get frustrated by people who hold power for many episodes in a row, but Misty deserves her position.
-Among the first 4 episodes, I liked #3 the best, then #1, then #4, and #2 the least, although they were all good and none of them are much different from the others in terms of overall quality.

What did you think of the episode overall?

I really liked this Episode, too. On my above ranking scale, I would put it just below Episode 3. I too found it hard to keep track of who switched tribes at first, but I finally got it that Ashley and Brian switched places with Angie and Leslie.
The tribal swap was good, it had the contestants really anxious and it was a very creative way of doing it. What would have happened if Tikei had given one of their members the same number of votes as Misty got from Rapa?
The immunity challenge was good. I don't remember it being done before - as someone mentioned, it might have been done in Thailand with flags, but it's been so long that it was worth bringing back.

Who will be the Sole Survivor?
Misty - unless everyone else sees that she's got them all on strings, she'll easily thread her way to the end.

Who will be voted out next?
Jeff, unless the women on his tribe have a catfight or something.

Any other predictions? I only posted one clue this week to avoid giving away too much information regarding the next episode.

I always suck at making short-term predictions so I won't do it here.

Aaron - 5 (bland, but not unlikable during his stay)

Angie - 7 (she kind of faded into the background this episode, but I think she's okay)

Anthony - 4 (I'm pretty much neutral on him although I don't like lazy survivors)

Ashley - 8 (pretty strong overall, might win if Misty gaffes - if so she deserves it)

Brian - 7 (uses strategy but he's not always in my face, which is good)

Brook - 5 (indecisive at the beginning, letting Misty drag him around)

Cao Boi - 4 (a little abrasive but not as much as in CI)

Dave - 2 (I've talked about him already)

Erica - 6 (she faded like Angie this episode; she was barely mentioned at all after the swap)

James - 5 (not as redneckish as he was in Palau, okay overall)

Jeff - 6 (he's trying to play a little bit, but he's not doing quite enough)

Leslie - 5 (she's not contributing very much to the game although she was active in the most recent IC)

Misty - 8 (I don't know how she'll end up but she's doing well so far)

Tina - 6 (a little better than average for making fire all the time - deserves respect for that at least)

Tracy - 5 (I sort of wanted her to ditch Tina but overall I guess Anthony was the better choice)

Wanda - 6 (she didn't sing, her positive attitude was nice to have - pretty rare on survivor)
