I used to think Alex was the mole but I'm going with Nicole now, based on who's still in the game and the conversations they've shown us. She's also blatantly sabotaged a lot of missions, which I first took as her trying to act like the mole but now think she really is it.

Alex thought Nicole was the mole but wasn't taking a lot of notes, so I think he just got some factual questions wrong in his last quiz and finally was eliminated. Mark and Clay both said they thought Nicole was the mole last night, although they showed Clay having some doubts, leading to his execution. I think Paul has lasted this long because he's thought Nicole's been the mole all along. Craig probably caught on later on after his friends Bobby and Victoria were executed, knowing who they were pointing to. I think they're all on to her and its now just a matter of speed and factual accuracy in the quizzes to stay in the game. Her monologues about quitting were probably shown to throw the audience off her trail.

If its not her, whoever the mole is hasn't done much to lose the team a lot of money. She was the only one that tried to sabotage the mission last night and would have if Clay didn't figure the clue out.
