Anyone know where there is downloadable GIFs, WMPs, realplayer or quicktime clips?? Everything nowadays is YouTube and Flash and I can't download any of
it -- all I have to work with are photos which I end up having to animate myself. I've been looking for days and not found any source. For American
Idol, there were tons of sources for downloading performances and clips. I don't need any audio -- I can add that myself. Just video footage.

Sig.. I don't make any of my shit with clips..just with stills.. I print screen and from my player, or youtube or from shit I d/l...
To grab any .flv's from youtube.. it works GREAT and its like free. ETA: I have another thingy that grabs stuff from ANYWHERE.. but it will only grab 75% of the stuff, unless you register it. lol let me know if you want that too, i gotta dig it up.

so you CAN download youtubes? I thought you couldn't --- this would be great if it works. I just signed up for Metacafe Pro but all their videos are
like Slovakian and Pakistani soccer clips. For AI, I mixed real show footage with stuff I made from photos & animation software. That's what I
was hoping to do again.

Yes you can! Download that thingy, go to youtube.. copy the addy for the clip.. and then paste it in that downloader.. actually once you open the program and
click back on it, it pastes it by itself.. its really AWESOME!

I tried utorrents for my Boogieloo YouTube many pages ago -- but it took 4 hours to download the opening video of The Bugaloos and then the video never even showed up! So I'm not using that again. Thanks, and I can't wait to play around with it |

Sig, ever since I upgraded my realplayer to the latest version, there is a little pop-up icon on youtube and other videos that gives me the option to download.
It saves them on my c: drive. That might be easier.

Hey sig, Realplayer seems to be the quickest way to grab youtubes for me. Just click on that pop up thing to "Download Video" and it sticks it under
My Video under My Documents in flv format. I use another program by Moyea that converts it quickly to AVI then you can use it in most of the other progs.
There are other free programs to do the same but the Moyea program does it very quickly and easily.
