I ended up voting for him like 20 times cause of the comments he got. I thought it was great, I don't know much about technical stuff with music but I liked how it sounded. Amberly did great, as did Drew (yum). Mookie was really amazing and I've never liked him. I also liked Mark's performance a lot. He is like Jaydee to me, Jaydee is actually talented, he just never let the Elvis shtick go during the season. Mark plays up the annoying/flammey/OTT card and tonight he didn't. I really liked him, he does have a decent voice. I voted for him a few times. He could go a lot further if he drops the stupid act he does permanently. I didn't care for the rest, including Theo. He's entering Melinda Doolittle territory for me. Technically great but boring as hell to watch a lot of the time. He has the excitement of watching an infomerical. Like someone else said, he needs to do something uptempo. My order 1. Mookie 2. Mark 3. Sebastian 4. Amberly 5. Drew GAP 6. Theo 7. Katherine 8. Mitch 9. Earl (I don't get it)

I want to clarify that I voted for Mark only a handful of times. I felt like a tard after but I really did enjoy it. I love the song he did, I was almost in t.ears. After revealing I voted for him, I'm sure I'm dead to everyone now. If he ends up in a bizzare F2 with someone like Mitch or Earl, I will vote for Mark to win.

It will probably be the only time ever I'd vote for him ever really. I just really love the song and the way he sang it. Plus, i only sent him like 5 votes, it's not like I powervotted. I'm kinda embarrased now but whatever. So be it. I <3 Luther and he did it well. I thought he was sincere about his dad. I felt bad for him but I'm kind of a sucker so....plus they zoomed into the mom and I was so sad seeing that. I'm a huge pussy for t.ear moments. Oh well. Fuck, I always get suckered in.

Mark can sing when he's not kidding around and trying to be OTT. If you check his thread, I was the first actual Mark fan here, and now I'm back to it since I'm seeing potential again. Part of me wants the VFTW-ness to stay though. If I ever vote again, I'd consider voting for him.

He does have a great voice still. I wish he would do a really fast/rock song. Everything is somewhat ballad-y. Vocally, though, he's just ahead of mostly everyone (if not everyone). Mitch - This week, Mr. Hit or Miss is a . . . MISS. Way too whiny for my liking. Earl - This is becoming an obligatory Idol song. I hate the way he always shakes his right arm/hand. Can we bring Theo back please? The love for this guy gets more and more confusing each week. Sebastian - I'm having difficulty understand some of the lyrics he's singing. I don't feel there's much of him actually showing his voice. He's certainly less annoying this week, as he's lacking the dump voice. Katherine - I have high expectations for her this week. She isn't disappointing vocally, but it should have more something else behind it. Drew - I'm liking the hat. Vocals? Not so much. Mookie - I'm really expecting a hit or miss tonight. This kid has the weirdest song choices. Again, I just don't get him. Not horrible, but I'm not in love with this guy. Amberly - I'm wondering if she can pull this off. Like every other week, vocally, it's soothing, but that's it. She's so boring. Mark - Do I even have to listen to it to give my critique? At least he's not dancing. It's better than most of his other shit, but that's not saying much. They were milking that with the cuts to his mom and leg story for all it's worth.

I powervoted for Mookie and got through 95% of the time. I don't know if I can single-handedly get him into the top 2. Why isn't anyone else voting for him? He rocked it last night, and for me, was by far the most entertaining. Theo - Great as usual, but I agree with the others who have said that he needs to rock it out a bit. Mitch - I may be dead to Shim, but I just don't get this guy. His voice is too nasally, and he's off key alot. He did better in the second part of the song, but again, just not for me. Plus, he ruined a Jeff Healy song. Earl - Loved his performance this week. A little strange towards the end, but I thought his vocals were good, and I was entertained. Sebastian - Buh bye. Looks can only take you so far. Katherine - I actually liked her for the first time. Great vocals, but I would have like to see some angst behind them. Drew - Loved him. Best performance from him so far. Perfect song choice. Mookie - Do I need to repeat myself? Amberly - She sang well, and I liked her performance, but she's falling into the same trap as Theo. Rock it out girl! Mark - I hate that he's still there, but he was better than Sebastian.

Theo - is probably the best singer in the group but damn he is boring the living shit outta me. He has to step it up and rock out soon or he will be dead.to.me. Gap 3. Earl - not sure why but it was entertaining. If he would actually sing something so that I could get a read on who he is musically (other than stoned/drunk or whatever), I might enjoy him more. 4. Katherine - this was pretty good. She needs more experience but overall I liked it. LARGE GAP 5. Amberly - sorry Amberly lovers, this bored the living bejesus out of me. She looked lovely and has a lovely voice but (always the ubiquitous BUT), it was the same old/same old. She and Theo need to step it up. 6. Drew- this was ok. I like his voice and his stage presence, although he doesn't knock me off my feet. I hate this particular song and always did. Not a Blind Melon fan and this particular tune is just too whiney and repetitious to hold my interest. HUGE GAP 7. Mitch - sorry Mitch fans. I wanted to like him so badly but that song sucked! He should never have tried to do a Jeff Healy song. It is totally the wrong genre for him and it showed. Painfully. HUMONGOUS GRAND CANYON SIZED GAP 8. Mark - who knew that I would actually place him second to last as opposed to last. He sang decently for a change but I am not nor will I ever feel the love for this clown. I HATED the standard sob story, whoring out for votes and I am never going to buy what he is selling. Ever. 9. Sabastien - good thing he has his looks, because this guy can't sing for sour shit. That was cringe worthy. Somewhere Elvis is ROFLHAO at this poor excuse for an Elvis impersonator.

It was a very unique performance.) -Theo (Loved it, but Gregorilla's may be a little better though) -Earl (Liked the sound, but I still can't watch his performances and I hate listening to his speaking voice..) Good -Mitch (thought he sounded good except during the "Angel Eyes" part of the chorus. I love his voice.) -Mookie (I hated the angsty tone. His version doesn't compare to James Brown's soul vibe.) -Mark (my "Good" rating might be a little generous, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. It was a little too quiet in parts, but some parts really were great.) Not so hot -Drew (Blake Lewis lite was boring and lackluster tonight... plus, the squatting + the hand motions looked like he was trying to give us a pep talk.
