That's kinda fucked up bluesboi. Weems is possibly wall-eyed and club footed and doesn't like socializing because of the constant stares from
strangers. (In which case, maybe I do understand Amy's reluctance to have sexy times with him.)

What if he has no forearms. Like one of those people whose hands are at chest level and they can't reach anything? Like baby arms on a person?
