I'm not gonna be able to update tomorrow unless it's really late since i'm flying back to Sandy Eggo, so here ya go, the few peepz following this thread� =D 11. Jaimie & Hok - Jazz Wade is my favo choreographer on SYTYCD and he doesn't fail to deliver in this routine either! (Too bad he isn't here this season. =/) The idea of the dance was to have a hummingbird and a flower, Hok being the hummingbird and Jaimie being the flower, it's very haunting and one of the more unique pieces. Wade always has a backstory and has them portray different characters each time, unlike the contemporary dances where it's same old "lovers breaking up", etc. The music definitely helps the dance (Memoirs of a Geisha <3) as it's kinda haunting, as is the dance. |

Love both of the recent additions!!
At first, I never thought Lacey had a tough job in that routine. But I guess you have to stay so rigid in your body movements that its difficult?? 
Jaimie and Hok <3333 Loved both of them, and this was their best routine. |

I loved all of Jamie and Hok's dances together. They had such great chemistry. Plus Jamie was adorable. My favo of the two of them
actually wasn't the hummingbird one though. My favorite was the Mr. Bojangles dance which the judges didn't like all that much. I found it to be really
sweet and wonderful.

I think I would rank the Flower and Hummingbird piece a little higher. It's tied with the Vagabond Cabaret as my favorite from last season.
Oh and yes, Pasha, Neil, Danny and Kameron are sex gods and because we got 4 sex gods last season, they decided to punish us this season apparently. |

Sara and Danny (Argentine Tango) Sexy, sophisticated and stunning, this dance was only one of the numerous dances which showcased b-girl Sara's amazing versatility, as well as Danny's amazing amazing awesomeness in anything ballroom or latin related. (OMG the pretzel move Sara does and the gorgeous Danny spins which work so well in this routine, as well as the use of the fan by Sara which added this sleekness) <3333333 LOL at the Danny getting kicked where it hurts part and the clipboard used to protect him The tango is one of those dances that
seems to elicit shit reviews from judges very often (i.e.� it's often danced pretty crappily), but all the judges were like zomg this routine is awesome
awesome <3333 In fact, this is probably one of the best tangos ever. Unfortunately, Sara was eliminated that week (she also danced a hip hop routine where
she was okay and Danny bleh), so . Her elimination was a bit surprising,
because even though I expected Lacey and Sabra to outlast her, I thought she was at least going to outlast Misha  Oh well, tant pis.

#9 Anya & Danny (Viennese Waltz) 
This dance was classy and elegant and was performed basically at the beginning of the season in the second week. It gave me a good understanding of how great Anya's abilities at anything having to do with ballroom were. She definitely was one of the best female ballroom dancers that has been on the show period. Her and Danny made this dance look a lot easier than it probably was. As a whole I probably liked the other Viennese Waltz that was done later on in the season better, but one thing that stands out about this routine to me is the spin that they do in the middle of the routine. |
