Good episode. Even though I would've liked to see the Malakal alliance go on for a bit more, this outcome was pretty satisfying. I was a little disappointed that the episode was pretty predictable ( I mean you knew Aras is not gonna get voted off now for he has such a story, and the only way he was gonna be saved was winning immunity so that made the challenge predictable, and then it was pretty easy to tell Ian, who has been so ignored, would be the victim ). Nevertheless, I loved how you tried to build up some doubt there too.

All three winner options I have got major problems in this episode. I do think Tracy is the strongest choice now with Aras trailing.

Aras - CP?4 ( OK this one was weird. I always try to do edgic as objectively as I can, and I like to think I manage to do that pretty well. And here we are, I have finished the episode and I always write down my initial feelings about every person's rating. Rating for Aras was CPP4, for Brooke CPN3 and for Sherea MORN2. Then I glanced everyone else's rating through and notice that everyone has the tones the other way around! And then even after a re-read, I still can't help but finding Brooke as more of a bitch than Aras. In fact, all episode I failed to see the arrogance in Aras and rather saw as he was explaining his moves through and through and happened to be in a power position at the same time. Then again with Brooke I saw only bitter comments about Aras' position and as I found Aras positive, I obviously found Brooke laughing at him negative. After reading it for third time and still failing to see any difference, I think I just have to believe that this time I'm really looking it for a fan perspective and I'm gonna leave Aras, Brooke and Sherea's tones blank. )

Kathy - MOR2 ( P? I think we were supposed to feel it for her, but then again Joel's loss was nothing but a quick sidenote in this episode's story, so maybe no tone is better. )

1. Tracy

In the real show, the merge episode is always vital for one's edgic chances, and Tracy has MOR2 at best, and IMO she deserves an UTR2. Still, her story has time to pick up, and with so much negativity in game she's perfect for winning a "why Brooke lost" -game or something like that. Still decent.

2. Aras

The next episode will really show where he's headed, very possible underdog winner at the moment I'd say.

3. Brooke

Fandom or not, I still don't think Brooke would've been portrayed this way in the last two episodes if she was the winner. Hanging in there for good numbers, but I really don't believe in her anymore.

Good merger, and a lot going on. I was surprised at how quickly Mikey decided to stay with the women, but then he had his confessional calling them weak, so it made sense. I would've pictured him more with Aras's group, but I'm glad he stayed with the ladies.

Ian's drinking scene was pretty funny.

8 - I think it was a little predictable at the end, but that's okay. Last episode was a 9, and I think I liked it better than this new one. This one was still very good, just not as good as the last one.

I think Aras will win immunity again, and Mary will go. Then again, it would be interesting to see Mikey as the only man left with 7 other women.

Brooke is looking as a very likely winner right now. With Ian on the jury, Brooke's story will have to make it to the end in order to tie up the loose ends. She's talking about playing the game and not letting personal relationships interfere. This seems to be "cutthroat" and like Ian said, this will be the type of person that wins. She's playing a great game and is my favorite "player" right now. I really like her confessionals because she's so intelligent and is playing a great game. I think she'd be a great winner, and it looks like she's got the best shot. She has a lot of friends. That could hurt her once she starts voting for them, but ultimately I think she'll get the respect for being a good player and will win over a jury.

I assume you are doing F3 since there are five episodes left. Unless there is a double boot somewhere, it leaves 5 in the finale. I actually don't mind a F3, as long as the vote isn't just between two people and the third place finisher gets no votes (such as the real Cook Islands, and even Fiji). I liked the way the real China's F3 played out, so that "twist" doesn't really bother me anymore.

More about Aras' edgic: it definately affected the rating that I usually skip the gray parts of the text pretty much. So what I didn't see was things like comical music, and I'm pretty sure I would've thought at least CPM if I entirely understood what you tried to portray, and probably CPN too.

I called it last week. Ian has just been too underdeveloped of a character to last that long in the game, and I called it correctly that Aras would win immunity, thus shifting the target onto Ian instead. Granted, it happened for different reasons (Brooke's paranoia) that wound up being wrong which basically owned Brooke's entire process of reasoning, but still. Aras is an idiot, letting his gut decide to target Sherea at random, when all he had to do was vote Tracy and at least prove he was SOMEWHAT loyal.

Due to his immunity strength, Aras basically only screwed Alexis and Mary, who are now going to be viewed as liars by Brooke and Sherea.

Tracy, Mikey, and Eliza are all still in it, which is good, and once again, Tracy and Mikey stick together because it's smart, and not because of their personal feelings. Once again, that shows me that the Fans have their shit together more than the favorites. The Fans work together, even if they don't like each other. The Favorites target each other in an effort to avoid them being made on the jury.

I liked seeing Kathy express her feelings and honestly, early in the episode, I didn't feel like Aras was that much of a buffoon because of his "Embrace the unknown" quote, but then he just went into Mikey B territory (real Mikey B). All of his strategies were just stupid.

Mary & Alexis, why didn't you talk some sense into Aras when he was making all those crazy plans?

Alexis - 1 (Dull)

Ian - 7 (I feel sorry for him, I really did)

Mikey - 9 (He's still a pretty interesting character)

1. Tracy (She had a great cooldown this episode, and she continues to demonstrate exemplary play while not being quite in the forefront of players' minds. She continues on the theme that I perceive as the fans just being able to play better than the favorites.)

3. Mikey (Aside from those two early OTTNs, I think Mikey could definitely have a decent chance at winning this game, and the main detracting point is just how close to Dave he is, personality-wise.)

Alexis (Complete nobody through the entire season), Sherea (Too dull and with no real storyline), Kathy (Over-the-top distraction, and since she's with Tracy, that leads me to why Tracy is the best choice for a winner)
